"Well, I guess we need to head to Motostoke, but how would be the fastest way to get there?" Liam said thinking aloud. He was so preoccupied with this that he didn't notice the wild Scorbunny rummaging through his bag. Scorbunny accidentally fell in and made contact with one of the balls in his bag and got caught. Liam didn't realize till his Rotomphone chimed: "Scorbunny has been registered to your Pokédex."

Liam decided to check what it had to say on his new catch: Scorbunny, the Rabbit Pokémon. A Fire-Type. It has special pads on the backs of its feet, and one on its nose. Once it's raring to fight, these pads radiate tremendous heat. A warm-up of running around gets fire energy coursing through this Pokémon's body. Once that happens, it's ready to fight at full power.

"Well, I guess I'll have to deal with Nigel again while here," Liam said. The Scorbunny now tugged on Liam's hand to get his attention and show him that Scorbunny had figured up Ember. The Scorbunny began beaming with pride over its accomplishment. "Good job, Scorbunny!" Liam praised. Smaug gave an approving roar.

"I think so," Liam said. "Smaug?" the Charizard grunted in confirmation. "Scorbunny?" Liam asked. He found the Scorbunny was still hiding behind Charizard. Scorbunny cautiously emerged out from its hiding place. "It's alright, they are gone now." Liam carefully reached out toward Scorbunny, who cautiously leaned out and sniffed his hand. Scorbunny hopped forward and rubbed hits head on Liam's hand.

Scorbunny was scared and began to hide behind Smaug. "Everyone alright?" Liam asked.

"Well, looks like quite a few of us have been invited to participate this season," Liam commented while Scorbunny was continuing to try and spit flames with Smaug coaching him.

"Scorbunny, you want Smaug?" Liam asked. A huge smile came across Scorbunny's face and Liam called out Smaug. Scorbunny began happily chattering and acted like he was trying to exhale something, pointing to his open mouth. Smaug replied back and breathed fire straight up. Scorbunny was in awe at Smaug's fire. The conversation continued between the two of them continued with Scorbunny continuity trying to spitfire.

"So, maybe we will be facing her then," Liam said. "Chairman Rose told me at Mt Silver about how the gyms rotate types in this region." During the conversation, Liam felt a tugging on his right pant leg. Liam looked down and saw a Scorbunny tugging on his pants with its right paw while his left paw was resting upon his mouth in an adorable position. When Scorbunny saw he had Liam attention, it was pointing up at Smaug's Luxury Ball.

"Hold on, did you tell me about this aunt and I forgot?" Liam asked.

Liam saw his friends exit the VIP entrance. "Hey guys," Liam said. "So, Rihan gave me a letter of recommendation for the Galar Leauge." Liam shows the sealed letter.

Liam healed Smaug with the machine in his green room and sent his friends a text saying to meet him outside at the VIP entrance. He then left the room and went outside to wait.
