Bio

Oh let's see. I've been on this site for awhile. So I figured it's time for an update to this thing.

I'm old lol. Born in 1990. I'm sure you can do the math. I've been roleplaying since freshmen year in highschool. So I have a lot of experience, to say the least.

As for my tastes in rps. I like custom worlds that don't branch from fandoms. I'm personally not great at fandoms. I can do them if I like my partner enough but I just can't get into a mindset of a world that has everything set in it. I like dark, gritty roleplays that delve into the darker themes that tend to make people feel uncomfortable sometimes. I have and WILL kill off my characters if it feels like that's where the plot is going. Nothing is safe! I like to think of myself as a literate rper. You WILL get at least three paragraphs from me. Sometimes it can go up to pages if what is happening requires it but I usually keep to it under two pages for normal replies. I enjoy dynamic characters that are fun to play! I play both male and female roles without a problem and I am not opposed to LGBTQ+ relationships either. Most genres are not off the table except maybe slice of life. I'm already living a boring life. I don't roleplay to keep doing that.

I unfortunately have Major Depressive Disorder and though I take meds for it, sometimes my world just kind of crashes down around me and I may just vanish. My replies will become less frequent and then I'll just disappear off the face of the earth. I'm really sorry for people I've done this to in the past. I'm working on it.

I do group and 1x1 roleplays. I do have discord (BunniesofDoom) and can roleplay on that if you want but I much rather the site because my replies tend to get long and I don't like copy and pasting over and over just to get one reply out.

Well this is getting kind of long. I feel like I'm putting out an application. So I'll go ahead and end it here. If you want to roleplay, hit me up and we'll see if we mesh well!

The angel lady was really tearing into the newcomer and Eris couldn't help a smirk cross her lips. It was great to see someone get yelled at like a child, as long as that person isn't her. She doesn't really handle getting yelled at too well. It tends to make her quite angry and she lashes out, usually violently. But it was fine for her to watch the camera woman get thrashed verbally.

Eris found herself caught off guard as Kate rammed into her, causing her to stumble violently and fall off her energy stone. Thankfully, she was still held tightly in the woman's arms so when she lost her footing, she didn't fall out of the sky. When their momentum stopped, Eris produced a stepping stone under her feet once more. Though she was quite taken aback by the woman's actions.

The angel- defended her. Eris stared, wide-eyed at the winged woman, unsure of how to handle the situation she found herself in. The whole time she was just having fun messing with the woman and her ideals but now, now Eris was the one confused and unsure of how to continue. She was entranced. No one has ever stood up for her in such a way- ever. She almost felt a tear coming on. Instead she just sniffled loudly before finally turning her eyes on the camera woman.

“Yeah!” her voice came out kind of shaky before she cleared her throat and tried again. “Yeah! Go ahead and run along!” Her eyes shifted back to the angel for a moment before she began to make her way back to the ground, one stepping stone forming before her and the others behind her dissolving into nothing. Perhaps this game has gone on long enough. Things were getting too confusing. “I'm going home. The fun has died anyways.” As her feet made contact with the ground, her magic pulsed out into grassy landscape. The ground under her began to wobble as she slowly sank into it. She turned to face the angel, blowing a loud kiss towards her. “I'll see you again. You can count on it.” She then turned to face the camera woman, a frown planted on her face. ”And you had better hope I don't find you.” Then she fell backwards into the ground and vanished under its surface, the ground solidifying after she made her exit.

She burrowed through the ground for as long as her breath would old, eventually rising once more deeper into the park. She clawed her way out of the ground, collapsing on her back as she took deep breaths. She had gone far longer underground than she rightfully should have. She just needed to get as far out of that situation as she physically could. The angel saving her made her feel a certain way and she wasn't sure how to handle that just yet. She laughed lightly to herself as she laid there on her back, staring up at the canopy of trees around her. She groaned as she sat up, trying to find a landmark that would tell her where in the park she was. It would be bad if she found herself lost after everything she has been through.

@Finetales @Eviledd1984
Humans are idiots, one and all. Absolute idiots.

That was the first thing Serphia learned upon stepping foot into this bright world. She understood her people's history and the humans’ feelings towards that particular history. She was warned by her family time and time again. “If you go up there alone, you'll be killed or captured in a dungeon for the rest of eternity.” She hadn't cared. She thought herself above the law. What could a human do to her that she couldn't just slip out of? She was born and raised as an assassin. She had even brought one of the many spider pets to come along with her. And yet, there she was, bound to a wall with her wrist secured above her head, strapped into loops bolted to the stone. They took her armor. Her weapons. Her pack! Everything! They had stripped her down to her skivvies and locked her within this disgusting cell. It reeked of feces and urine and she was pretty sure she was sitting in a pool of half dried blood. You would think they would at least clean the damn cell from time to time.

You may ask what she did to even end up in this situation. Nothing! That's what! She was simply defending herself from that noble's son. He had apparently taken a liking to her silver hair, lilac skin, and purple eyes. He thought her exotic and mysterious. One would think her people's history and the large assortment of weapons she had strapped to her hips and back would be enough to keep any logical person at bay. Then this man showed his stupid face. He tried compliments, stupid little comments that she wasn't even sure human women would swoon for. When she continued to ignore him and head along her way, he grabbed her. The idiot grabbed her, like she was some slave that was not listening to his orders. What was she to do? She had punished him accordingly! She took his hand. She didn't even kill the bastard! By the time he had stopped screaming, the guards were upon them. Dozens of the bastards! It was a bit of an overreaction! The man could still find work, somewhere. There are plenty of one handed slaves in the Underdark. He could still be of use!

When they proclaimed she was under arrest, she didn't even fight it. She just simply put her hands up as they grabbed her and dragged her off. What could she hope to do with that many guards? She would only die tired.

She went without a fuss, at least she had tried. It was when they took her pack that she had caused a ruckus. Her pet spider was in her pack and she raised that thing from an egg! If they saw a cat sized spider sleeping with the pack, they would likely kill him. But there was only so much her unarmed self could do and before long, she was chained in that cell and her pack nowhere to be seen. She only hoped the guards wouldn't open it. If Arloke died, she would kill every single one of these guards and burn this place to the ground with everyone else in it. He was her only friend.

She had been in that disgusting cell for, what, a few hours now. Her stomach rumbled loudly and her arms were quite numb. She continued to move her hands and fingers in a futile attempt at getting blood flow back to her extremities. She just had to wait for Arlocke to wake up, assuming he was still alive. He would seek her out and help her escape, she'd no doubt about it. But for the time being, she had nothing to do to keep herself occupied. That was until the guards brought in a new prisoner. Her darkvision allowed her to watch clearly as the guards shoved a man into the cell across the way before heading back to their duties elsewhere. She remained quiet for a long time after, unsure if sparking up any conversation with a human man could benefit her in any way. After all, he was a criminal. A bad one at that. He probably wasn't worth her time but as the clock ticked on, she eventually found herself calling out across the way.

“This dungeon is disgusting, isn't it? It's even worse than the dungeons in Underdark. At least there, we water the things down from time to time.” Her purple eyes flashed a moment in the darkness as she situated, or at least situated as best she could with her numb hands shackled to the wall. It was incredibly uncomfortable. She was just a tad too tall for the spot so she was half sitting, half lounging on the stone. Her lower back screamed at her in protest but she couldn't do anything about it. Not until Arloke woke and came to free her from this filthy place. She hoped beyond hope that he was still alive. Perhaps her family was right. Maybe she will rot in this damn cell for all eternity. No! She had to get out of there! She had to prove her family wrong. Arloke! Wake up!

Iris's assault on the door continued until she finally heard the familiar sounds of claws on the tile floor. She had thought that maybe it was the gremlin coming to unlock the door or taunt her some more but she sighed a huge sigh of relief when she saw that it was Lilith that was making her way towards her location. Iris released the door, thankful to finally be getting out of the pull of the moon. When the front door was finally open, Iris practically sprinted to the building. She slid past the large spider woman and came to settle on the other side of the door, well out of reach of any moonlight that might be flooding through the newly opened entrance.

“Yeah. Gremlins are causing mayhem all throughout the apartment complex. They fried the fridge in the cafeteria. So I was just heading to my room to get something to eat. Stupid buggers locked this door right before I got to it.” She groaned as she ran her hands along her face. Today could not be getting any worse! Hell the whole week couldn't be possibly getting any worse. First she broke her phone, thanks to the stupid wolf. Then she attacked a resident, thanks to the Stupid wolf. Then she had to run away from the cafeteria and forgo hunting the gremlins in an attempt to even get a chance to get a new phone. Thanks to the STUPID WOLF! The wolf was more of a problem than normal and she was growing more and more resentful of it as the week went on.

She began to walk back to her bedroom, taking a peek at Lilith who seemed to have invited herself along. She only shook her head lightly as she made her way back to her door. If Lilith was going to invite herself along, Iris was going to make use of her. She wasn't the therapist that she had just left standing in the cafeteria hallway, but maybe she could relate- to a degree.

“I've been a werewolf for- what? Ten, eleven years now and I still can't seem to keep the damn thing under control!” She ripped her door open before stepping inside, the roaring frustration lightening just a hint as she stepped through the threshold and into her safe space. She took a deep breath, calming herself once more before stepping further into the apartment and heading towards the kitchen.

“Would you like something to eat? Drink? I got a lot of drink flavors.” She pulled open her fridge, found the butcher paper wrapped meat inside and sent a thankful prayer to Max for bringing her food in. She grabbed a pack of thinly sliced steaks in one hand and grabbed a soda from the shelf with the other. She set the food on the island before opening the pack of steaks and grabbing a slim one from within the pile. She popped part of the steak into her mouth, clenching it between teeth as she cracked open her soda can.

She ripped a piece of the steak off and began chewing as she wrapped the paper back up and sent the food back into the fridge. She then made her way out of the kitchen and plopped down on her couch, stretching her legs out to rest her feet on the coffee table just across the way. “How you been Lilith? Hopefully life is going smoother for you than for me.”
“Well yeah!” Eliot laughed, smiling brightly at her smooth grin. “When you're all dead, there isn't a hope to be revived. But if you're mostly dead, you still can come back. Usually by using a pill the size of your freakin head. I have no idea how he even swallowed that. It would just get stuck for me and then I'd be dead, dead.” He held his hands to his throat in a dramatic choking gesture before shaking his head. “Just let me die! Where's the DNR! I'll sign it right now.”

When she made a comment about his tabs being open from last semester, he looked abashed and stepped back from her with a hand to his chest. “Madame, I'll have you know, I have tabs open from last year! You think my game is that meager? I haven't shut down my laptop in six years, thank you very much.” He snatched a grape off the table and popped it into his mouth before speaking. “I'm pretty sure it's begging for death at this very moment!” He chewed the grape before swallowing, flashing a mischievous grin. Adelia was so calm and collected. Usually, everyone he hung out with were laughing loudly at his jokes and reacting in exaggerated ways, almost as if to outdo him but not Adelia. She gave off a calming aura that seemed to even affect his hyperactive energy. He let a soft smile cross his lips, it was nice.

Eliot was always one who wore everything on his sleeve. He had no secrets, no fear of being excluded, no worries, at least that's what it seemed like. Much like everyone else, Eliot had his own fears, worries, and cares but they always lingered in the places where others tend to ignore. He feared for his friends, his family. He was always the one to step forward to calm a situation, once even taking a hit to the face cause the drunk man found his humor annoying but once he was struck, his friends rallied behind him and forced the man out of the bar, much like a family of otters chasing off a jaguar from their home. Eliot has a way of bringing people together, even if it's not as he intended.

When she gave a light tap to his leg, he let a sad smile roll along his features. “Yeah, a champ. It didn't give up on me and I won't give up on it.” That time of recovery was hell and the guilt that his parents felt about it- it almost tore his family apart. Not that the family lasted much longer after that. He always held a slight shard of shame for that accident. Maybe if he was sitting correctly, he wouldn't have gotten so badly hurt and it wouldn't have torn his family apart like it did. In reality, his parents were drunk driving and they were the real reason why they crashed that day. It was the guilt of causing their only child so much pain and suffering from a stupid mistake that caused his parents to split later down the line. Of course, it wasn't his fault but he still held that little dark shard in his soul. Thankfully, time shrunk the shard down but it was still there, lingering in the back of his mind.

When he made a comment about how she was in good hands, he let out a genuine laugh. “Oh yeah, no you'll be fine. It'll probably target me over you, knowing my luck.”

As he dug through the cooler, looking for his drink, she finally made her way over. His wet soda was leaving a small ring of water on the table and he grabbed the can and quickly wiped the moisture off on his jacket before setting the can once more on the table. When she asked for a root beer, he dug through the ice, thrusting his hand deep into the cold mixture before pulling out a root beer. “Ah! Got it.” He said as he moved the cool drink to his other hand and gave his freezing one a good shake. “God that's cold.” He wiped her soda off on his jacket before holding it out for her. “Here ya go.”

He laughed when she gave him the title. “Oh yeah. It's just cause you haven't really known me for long. Soon you'll find out I'm not so charming and just flailing through life.” He leaned towards her, dropping his voice into a whisper. “Secretly, I have no idea what I'm doing.” He handed her her soda before picking up his own once more. He cracked it open and held it out with a broad grin on his face. “To new friends and not knowing what we're doing.”
Finally the site is working properly again! I got a lot of things to catch up on lol
*wolf-spider noises intensify*

Now that the site is dying inside, I have a lot of posts to get to, yours included!
Building-two. But yeah, Lilith will take a break from crashing Eildh's @Silver Carrot stream.

Those lights basically would cause havoc with her eyes.

Iris is locked outside lol. She needs someone to come let her in.

Iris found herself alone in the hallway, her previous companions having stayed behind. She sighed lightly to herself as she gazed down at her hands. She clenched and unclenched them, her hackles slowly lowering as she brought her body back to a calm state. She took in some deep breaths through her nose before slowly letting them out through her mouth. She continued like this for a short while until her heart rate dropped to a more normal level. When she was finally calmer and the adrenaline slowly dissipated, only then did she realize just how hungry she was. However, she wouldn't- no, couldn't go back to that place where she felt the dark magic. She only got a glimpse of it and it caused her wolf to practically rip out of her skin. She couldn't afford to go that way, else she'll have a repeat of the previous day.

She sighed as she ran her now still hands over her face. She closed her eyes and leaned her head back against the wall, trying to recall a place where she could get food. She can try another restaurant but she felt like maybe it was best to just go to her room.

Wait! Didn't Max do deliveries just earlier. Her head popped up with the realization that she had food in her fridge. She grinned as she patted her knees before popping up onto her feet. She'll go to her room and eat there. In her safe place, she knew she wouldn't have to worry about some random magic causing her to lose control. She took one last look around the halls, checking to make sure that her previous companions weren't walking towards her. She didn't want to seem rude by just leaving them again. After a moment with no one coming down the hall, she nodded and began her trek back to her building.

Upon opening the entrance and stepping out into the chilly night air, Iris took a moment to appreciate the feel of the cold air on her skin. Slowly the door slipped out of her grasp and closed behind her. Her eyes carefully moved to the moon in the sky. It was still partially full from the other night but it wasn't enough to invoke the beast, even if gazing at its almost full light caused her wolf to shift uncomfortably under her skin. Deciding to move on before her wolf decided that the state of the moon was close enough, she began her walk towards her building. Thankfully, she didn't have to go far. However, as she reached down to pull the front door open, she found it locked.

Confusion crossed her face as she pulled a few more times before peering through the windows to see a gremlin pointing and laughing at her through the glass. She snarled before giving the door a dangerous pull. It rattled violently in its doorframe before she let it go. “Stupid troublemakers. You better run, you piece of shit!” She called through the glass, the gremlin making faces and laughing once more before it ran off. She slammed her hand against the glass, feeling it vibrate violently under her blow, but it remained unmarred.

She sighed deeply as she turned from the front door and sat down. She rested her back against the door and grumbled to herself. She probably could break the door but she already broke enough as of late. So instead of ripping the door off its hinges, she just banged the back of her head against it. Again and again, she hit her head on the door, each hit growing progressively more aggressive. A snarl left her lips as she scrambled to her feet once more. ”Open the door, you bastard!” She wasn't sure if the gremlin could even hear her, having disappeared around the corner awhile ago.

She grabbed the handle in both hands and rattled it violently in its frame once again. Her frustration grew with each new rattle and she let out a growl before driving her fist into the brick next to the door. She had to get inside and out of this stupid moon's influence but unless Max or Theria came to unlock the door, she would have to wait for someone inside to come help her.
Would it be easier if Lilith came out of her hole (likely in a quest for food) to check on Iris, @BunniesOfDoom?

I'll have Iris go to her room and since your girl is in the room next door, they can bump into each other that way!
She caught the reference. Eliot threw his hands up with a chuckle as she questioned him about the movie quote and he grinned broadly. “Inconceivable! You caught me. It was one of my favorite movies in my teens. That and Sweeney Todd. I know. I know. It's a weird combination but I liked what I liked back then!”

When she made a comment about the type of energy he gave off, he laughed loudly. “Are you psychic or what? You got me. A million things going at once. Don't go looking through my tabs! You'll get lost. It's like a labyrinth in there. But I don't have a tendency to, eventually, finish my projects. But you hit it right on the head.”

A solemn look crossed his features and he nodded slowly as she told him her major. “That's a really good path. I had to do physical therapy for almost a year after my parents got into a car crash. I can walk again thanks to them.” He patted his right knee, giving that leg a slight wiggle. “Almost lost my leg then but I'm good now! I can even run and jump almost as good as I did back then.”

He laughed when she said he was memorable but not in a trying too hard way. “Thanks,” he took another bite of his cookie, chewed, then swallowed before giving the girl a sly grin. “I try. Life's too short to be worried about what people think of ya, ya know?” He took another bite before peering down the table for any kind of beverage. At the end of the table was an ice chest full of drinks dunked into ice cold water. “Ah!” He said as he hurried to the chest and pulled it open. “You want a drink. It's mostly just soda. Do you drink soda?” He pulled out a red can and setting it on the table for a moment, peering back at her as he awaited her response.
