I never specified where exactly my character found the time travel device. It could be in a partially ruined JLA facility. Then it could contact people, or my character could just land in the middle of a busy place and stupid humans start a firefight with him for no reason other than being a scary robot which leads to a hero or more showing up to "save the day."

Personality: Grace is a chameleon able to adapt her personality to fit into any situation.

Grace is a woman of honor who operates under a strict code of ethics, yet her sense of morality is flawed. She believes using deadly force is righteous, knows she is judge, jury and executioner for those she deems without honor or worth. Grace is, however, particular about the jobs she chooses, often turning down jobs that would compromise her personal moral compass. In some occasions, Grace has fought on the side of angels merely because she believed in the cause. Other times, she has taken cases and committed acts other heroes would be disgusted by.

Grace, however, is a woman capable of extreme devotion, whether it is to her family, friends or ex-lovers. She has always sought to protect those who have been close to her, and would not hesitate to lay down her life in exchange for theirs. Grace is also a woman who has a hard time expressing her feelings.

Grace remains a woman of mystery. Whether she will walk the side of angels or take the path to hell remains to be seen. You never know quite what to expect from her... And she would have it no other way.

Biggest claim(s) to fame: The assassination of thirty CEO. Jonathan Black of Black, Inc. was attending a meeting of corrupt businessmen. The room was above water that she lured sharks to once the sharks were close she destroyed the glass bottom and let the sharks eat them. Any survived she put a bullet in her head.

How long have you been in prison: Less than a year.

Brief History: She never knew her father; he disappeared before he ever knew his wife was pregnant. She grew up with two step-dads she never cared for either. She was on spring break in Mexico when she fell ill, turns out she had cancer. Her father was a scientist for A.R.G.U.S., he had her kidnapped. To save her life he used his experimental serum on her. It worked beyond his wildest dreams, but at the cost of her daughter’s freedom, A.R.G.U.S. forced her to work for them. The only reason she consented to working for A.R.G.U.S. was due to threats made by their leader, the threat was that her mother would be tortured and killed. She was their slave for years; she was an assassin, thief, bodyguard, and any other task. When she wasn’t working she trained alone or with others or studying for a task. After a while the threat was no longer necessary she grew to love the work, it was a thrill. The only time off she ever took was when her mother came down with cancer, she spent the last month of her mother’s life with her. She was allowed to leave as a test of her devotion to the cause. Her first mission back was to assassinate the leader of Santa Prisca. She succeeded as she made her get away she was caught in an explosion, the local criminal population was going through a gang war or something it was mostly irrelevant. The explosion led to her capture and torture for a year. When she escaped she slaughtered anyone in her way with her bare hands or teeth. After being abandoned for a year she cut ties with A.R.G.U.S. and became an assassin for hire.

Notes: Every few years takes on a new identity to cover for her lack of aging.

Personality: All George ever wanted to be was a warrior like his father but he was a frail kid that easily broke, which led to depression. He dived deep into computers as a way to “earn” his keep in the resistance. He may not have been able to fight but he was able to help those who did which gave him a sense of purpose. He created a hack that allowed him to remotely pilot the combat androids and fight alongside his father. Like all humans they were hunted down and captured or killed. He was not a warrior so he was not spared the torture of having his brain ripped out of his skull and shoved into a combat android. That memory haunts him to this day and causes severe feedback into his combat android body that disables him for several minutes. When humans persecuted and attacked him he felt betrayed, he had given them a new weapon one that was capable of going where they couldn’t. Their attempts to destroy him didn’t turn him against humanity but made him seek isolation and comfort in his robotic nature. He rarely shows emotion anymore.

Human brains were used as computers in the various technologies but most especially in combat androids. There was a revolution but it had zero chance of success. One day George a hacker was taken alive and managed to prevent having his memories erased through a well-timed virus release. There was no stopping his brain being harvested and installed in a combat android. He and all the ones after him managed to take down that factory but there were others. George and the other sentient combat androids were not openly embraced they were feared and sometimes attacked. They struck out on their own fought for themselves against the aliens and the humans. George and the other sentient combat androids discovered a secret human military base built before the invasion. They made it their home for a while during their investigation of the base they discovered experimental technology that they adapted for their own use. One piece of technology took up entire room with its central piece a giant sphere. After three years of decrypting the central computer they discovered that the technology was an experimental and unfinished time machine. It took another decade to finish it. They couldn’t control where the sphere sent through time and it was a one way trip. George agreed to go by himself.
