I mean, I think that's why I got confused because in your post it says that she was strictly anti-meta until she became one. But you're saying that she's now anti-Cape. I thought they were the same things.

A Meta doesn't have to be a Cape. A Meta could be a villain or just your average citizen living a normal life. Batman was a Cape but he was never Meta. Green Arrow was/is but he was never Meta. Not all Metas are Capes and not all Capes are Metas.

TL;DR: Cape /= Meta.

She's not there to get along. She's there to learn so she can stick it to some asshole newspaper owner. But she will be play nicer with the Cape wannabes than an Amazonian. Cape wannabes can be taught better, Amazonians by the time they leave the island are already brainwashed beyond hope.

Doesn't matter if they sided with or against the Regime, if they are a Cape she is against them. They are responsible for as much death as the ones they fight against, in fact she sees no difference between a Cape and a super villain, in her opinion they are equally culpable for the murders commited by the super villain.

How many millions of lives would be alive today if Batman wasn't so weak? The Regime definitely would never have happened, because if Batman had done the morally conscionable thing he would have killed Joker after the first time he broke out of Arkham. Arrest and imprison the first time, after that they proved they are incapable of being a decent human being and are only subhuman scum that deserves nothing more than death.

As for being Anti-Meta it says in my first IC post: She was strictly anti-Meta, until she came one herself.

She will never be a Cape, she won't go out of her way and save the damsel in distress, she won't fight the world breaking super evil dude, she will save someone from whatever bad guy if it is not out of her way. The criminals she does deal with how she handles it will depend on the crime being committed.

A true hero would do what humanity needs not what humanity says is right, keeping super villains alive is not needed, ending their reign of terror permanently is needed.

You do know that Wonder Woman is a murderer in the Injustice universe right?

She hates Capes, but her hatred of Wonder Woman is boundless. Her hatred of Wonder Woman and Amazonians in general makes her hate for Capes look like a mild disinterest.

As for Discord, with the exception of collaborating everything talked about doing there should be done here. Says the person who used to have 5 different IM programs going at once until discovering I think it was called Trillion, it let me do all with one program. Now I do none of those.

Araxie was not interested in being a cape. Capes were responsible for almost of all the troubles for the last two decades. She was strictly anti-Meta, until she came one herself. She used her powers for her own gain, never once used it to help people until she found she couldn't stand by and let someone get hurt when it was right in front of her. That is how she became the Bolt, she hated it, but it was stuck no matter how much she tried to change it and she tried really hard. She couldn't even use it for financial gain because the shitty newspaper that coined it also copyrighted it. So she made a solemn vow she would do everything in her power to make that newspaper her bitch one day. She heard rumors of Flash was able to time travel by running really, really fast, she wanted to learn how so she could go back in time and give herself a proper name and own the copyrights herself, instead of letting some corporate prick earn money off her reputation. She figured the best way to do that was to go where the Flash was teaching that god awful Cape School.

She waited till the last minute to leave. She packed her backpack with the bare essentials, her laptop, tablet, phone, the various accessories and requirements for those. She also packed a few essentials so she could continue her V9 business. This time she didn't have to make the stuff she was a pure and untainted source of it. It lacked the more dangerous side effects of the formula she once used.

She was about halfway there when she realized she forgot her purse. She ran all the way back to get it. She had to down several super calorie bars she whipped up in her lab, the closest she would ever get to domestic housewife work. She ran back to school but of course she was late.

@Goliah I was wondering if my idea for my character would be cool.

Since Bolt's speedforce was partly due to Velocity 9, I was wondering if instead of blood she could have V9 coursing through her veins.

As for her taking any type of engineering, let's just say, like father not like daughter. Which is also why you will never see her doing anything remotely similar to what a housewife does.

If I interpreted the IC opener correctly, there is a bat/cat hypbrid attending the school that the cat was able to hide from the bat for a good long while. Quite a feet.

Rose Mary's power sometimes had a hard time distinguishing her nightmares from reality, especially nightmares that involved her being attacked, the more intense the nightmare the more likely her powers would respond. She hadn't had one like that since moving to Charles' school. Her paranoia eroded away at the safety she felt there. She was having a nightmare of being hunted like a dog for being a sick, evil, unnatural mutant freak. In her nightmare she was being physically attacked from all directions, in her dream she hated those humans, she wanted them to die, she felt the best way to do that was to create an explosion. Her power manifested for real as the explosion she wanted to unleash on those humans, the very real explosion woke her up. The first thing she saw was one of the squirrels she was so fond of laying dead clearly another victim of her power. She held its lifeless corpse to her chest and sobbed. She ran as far and fast as she could. She wasn't paying attention to where she was running. She only stopped because she was hit by a tractor trailer, without paying attention to her surroundings her power didn't manifest to protect her until it was nearly to late.
