Mark Zerrit and Luna Cathris -- Crocus Streets

As Stacy spoke up from behind them, Mark stopped and started to turn. Luna inevitably turned around faster than her counterpart, and shoved Mark as she saw the first coming for him. It only Clip Mark's head, and once he stood up normally he'd give the bird-person a raised eyebrow. "You sure your 'wingman' doesn't just have poor judgement? Attacking a pair of S-Class wizards from a 'dark guild' might not be a good idea." He'd smile a bit before crossing his arms and looking stacy as she started speaking again. "As for coming quietly, coming quietly where exactly? If you're tyring to act the vigilante I'd like to say I haven't done anything wrong. Yet." Luna glanced between the two very odd-looking individuals before her before pulling her hood up and hiding har hands in the loong sleeves of her robe, which was quickly taking on a dark blue/gray hue, with the center symbol having almost changed from a sun to the current phase of the moon and taking on a pale white hue instead of the yellow hue it had during the day. Her eyes, not invisible due to her magic, now flit back and forth between the two mystic beasts.

"I'd much rather go back to my guild's hotel and sleep off my injuries Miss." The young girl would say in a cold, almost monotone, voice to Stacy. She was clearly more than ready to do magic, and after her show in the games today, one might think twice before vexing her.

Mithera -- Hotel Room

Mithera sat with her head barely sticking out of the pillow for quite a time before she saw the candle flame starting to change colors towards red. She wasn't sure who else was outside, but she was sure it couldn't be a good thing, and the little dragoness ducked her head back under the pillow, it completely hiding her form, though it would leave a sizable lump in the middle of the pillow. After a few moments of lying there, it would suddenly occur to Mithera that this was actually very warm and comfortable, and she soon found herself having trouble staying awake. Dozing off every couple of moments, but shaking herself awake since she wanted to find out who it was coming up towards their room.

Notable Abilities
Blood Patriarch: A more powerful (And male) version of Melina’s Blood Queen ability.

Siphon: Draws blood directly out of the target’s body, can only be used during direct contact.

Regrowth: Allows Grant to use gathered blood to rapidly regrow injuries, and even reconnect limbs.

Link Bodies: Links two bodies together with Body Link magic, whether both parties are willing or not, with a more powerful bond than regular links. Both parties must be living, and any injury one sustains the other does as well. This ability requires direct contact. In Grant’s case, he can cast this on himself and then an enemy and harm himself to damage his enemy, since he can recover self-inflicted wounds with Regrowth.
Guild Mark and Location: Iron Enigma, Crimson, Inner thigh.
Magic Level: S
History: Grant Vale is Melina’s younger brother, born several years after she was, he always looked up to his sister, admiring her, and did his best to follow in her footsteps. His parents, in their focus on making Melina a powerful sorceress, often neglected him, and his sister avoided him whenever she could. Despite always being treated like this, he stayed upbeat, doing his best to study the same magics they were teaching his older sibling.

When Melina left Iron Enigma, her parents were devastated, and Grant saw his chance to take his sister’s place. He studied as hard as he could, but his parents continued to treat him as before, insisting Melina would return eventually. When he became old enough to join the guild proper, he continued studying and learning blood magic, the magic of his older sister, as well as other forms of magic. He learned he was capable of very short-sighted precognition, only seeing up to two seconds into the future, and that he was also able to use Body Link Magic offensively as well as its normal uses.

He was eventually promoted to S-Class by the previous master of Iron Enigma, and has surpassed Melina in his skill with Blood Magic. He now searches with his Father to find his sister and prove he is better than she is.
Personality: Suave, but enjoys other’s pain.
Team Members: Gregory Vale, Delilah Vale.
Three Strengths:
1. Doesn’t need to get blood for energy like his sister.
2. Can react to even attacks he can’t see.
3. Incredibly good-looking and nice-sounding.
Three Weaknesses:
1. Consumed by the desire to best his sister and show to his parents he is worth their attention.
2. Can’t sense other people’s magic.
3. Wanted almost everywhere.
Greatest Love: Pain and suffering
Motivation: To prove to his parents he is more worthy of them than his sister.
Appearance: Standing at 6’3”, Grant Vale has a fairly imposing figure. He is well-built, though still lithe, has well-kept blonde hair, slightly tanned skin, and shocking blue eyes. He usually wears a simple T-shirt and jeans most of the time, and bears no visible weapons, besides a small but sharp knife kept in his belt and hidden by his shirt. He has an odd tattoo on his shoulder like his sister Melina.

Question. Does 'direct contact' mean he has to touch skin?

Non-literal. Just close enough that his magic won't really have travel. Like, a T-shirt or Jean jacket won't save you, but a thick winter coat might.

Besides, if he's got any injuries on him at all, clothes aren't really a way to stop him, as he can just form his blood into like, little spikes or something.
