Appearance:Standing at 6'2", Torvon is quite tall, and his muscles are quite defined. His hair is usually kept in long dreadlocks that he ties with a leather strap loosely, though sometimes he leaves them to hang freely. He isn't one to wear much clothing unless necessary, keeping to a simple pair of pants and sandals most of the time if it's warm enough. He's not crazy though, he bundles up when it gets cold. He also has a smascar running through his right eye, as if he got clawed in the face. He prefers simple and earthy tones for his clothing, keeping to browns. grays, and black, though he sometimes will be caught in dark green attire as well.

Personality:Torvon is soft-spoken, but snarky. He's rebellious, independent, pensive, and strong-willed. He's very determined and protective of those he cares about, very much an alpha. But he doesn't like large crowds and doesn't do well around them either. He much prefers to spend his time alone exercising in some way. He enjoys the quiet sounds of nature, not a city person much at all, and can often be found in the woods when he's not working down at the docks. He's quite sarcastic, dislikes materialistic things, and is laid-back to the point that he can come off as cold or uncaring. He's defensive of himself around strange people and doesn't trust easily. He's not a "glass is half full" type of person and can be perceived as a pessimist by most, but he prefers to call himself a realist.
Backstory:Before the curse, Kovu was raised by his mother to do one thing: kill Simba. Scar, who for all intents and purposes was his adopted father or step-father, had hand chosen him to be the next leader of the pack in the Outlands. So after Scar's untimely demise at the hands of Simba, his mother Zira became obsessed with revenge and beat it into him throughout his life. He was destined to kill Simba and take over the Pride Lands in the name of Scar. His brother Nuka, who was insatiably jealous of him, was often tasked with keeping watch over him while their mother hunted for the others and whatever else she did on her own. But Kovu would often sneak off to wander the Outlands by himself, which is how he met Kiara.
Kiara, who happened to be Simba's daughter, was easily likeable and Kovu found himself immediately drawn to her. He'd even gone so far as to practically save her life when they were kids after they had both almost gotten eaten alive by a large number of alligators. But after that one fateful meet, he hadn't seen her again until many years later. After his older brother and sister intentionally set a fire during Kiara's first hunt, Kovu purposely went out of his way to save her life, as was Zira's plan. Get close to Kiara, gain Simba's trust, and then kill him. But as Kovu got to know Kiara, he found himself not wanting to harm her or her family at all. He actually liked them all quite a bit, so much so that he found himself wanting to change and become a better person, one who didn't give in to the darkness.
But then he and Simba went on a walk one morning, to talk about things and whatever else Simba had planned. Little did Kovu know, Zira had gathered the Outlanders and was preparing to strike. After a massive fight in which Kovu tried to protect Simba as best he could, Simba barely managed to escape with his life. But that was all it took, and Simba banished him permanently from the Pride Lands. After that, he never saw Kiara again...the curse hitting a week later.
After the curse, Torvon spends his morning running through the woods before work, and after work he's usually back in the woods enjoying the quiet and nature. He isn't often seen in town, though he does enjoy going to the local bar from time to time to alleviate his stress. When he's not out in nature or getting drunk, he's usually found at home reading or mindlessly watching television. He also enjoys sketching, which he does quite often.
