No he isn't, only mostly guns. He has his default gun, his two Shoot Vents, his two Guard Vents (One I think summons his Mirror Beast's torso to act as cover, while the other most likely give him shoulder pads (it was never used in the show)) and he even has a Strike Vent Although once again, never used in the show

This, pretty much. Even though I have a powerset that canonically be used by anyone. And Hibiki's powers are kind of stuck in her body.

One possibility would be the Armed Saber; As I understand it, it's a sword with a microphone attached. Hibiki has to sing while she fights, your can imagine the rest.

This is really just an idea of mine to try and help this RP reach new levels of epic. Our greatest limitation is our imagination here people, we can do so much to make this RP one the greats

Psyga, there are some new CS applications in the sign up forum in case you weren't aware. Also, how do feel about some character's sharing powers? The idea came to me when I was recalling Super Hero Taisen (OOO giving the Gokaigers Keys of his Combos, the Goseigers giving Blade, Ryuki and Decade a Reflect Card, and the Go-Buster King Rocket Drill Kick). Since we have the freedom to play around with the abilities of our characters (Zolda and Todoroki never used Survive or Armored form in the shows they were in, however there exists official art/figures of them in said forms, so my characters will eventual get them), I think we should take full advantage of that. There's a lot of potential here for awesome power ups and finishing moves. Hell, I had to make Shinji a Singularity Point to explain how he could have survived the reboot of his world. That means that Meowrin could posses him and become Zolda. And that's just one example

Love's to express himself through his guitar and quick to jump to the aid of anyone who needs it, Yuji wears his heart on his sleeve. He comes from a long line of Oni and it shows; he's just as comfortable on stage in front of thousands as he is on the battlefield. Despite his very Shonen hero behavior, he's capable of slowing down for anyone that need a hand to hold or an ear to talk to
• Backstory: Yuji's greatest ambition in life was to be a rock star. When he was 5 years old, he father started teaching him how to play the guitar, something he proved he was a natural at. On his 10th birthday his entire world changed; his home was attacked by monsters. Before any of them could hurt them though, his father transformed into...something, and beat them with a guitar. Instead of having a normal reaction like fear, Yuji was amazed that his father could fight monsters with the power of rock. His dad revealed to him that he was an Oni, someone who was born a human but became something else to fight monsters, his Oni name was Zanki. Now determined to become an Oni like his father, he begged him for weeks to teach him how to be one. Eventually, his father gave in, and thus Todoroki was born. One day when he was protecting a group of people from some monsters, one of them called him a Kamen Rider. After learning what they were, he began to refer to himself as Kamen Rider Todoroki. When the day came, Yuji left on his pilgrimage to further his training and to master something his father gave to him; the Armed Saber. A couple of months after he left, he came across an inter-dimensional portal, he went in and never looked back
