Personality: Oscar is a very sweet and mild mannered boy, and sometimes a little too eager to please. However, since he has a high functioning form of autism known as Asperger's Syndrome, he rather social awkward. People tend to take thing he says and does the wrong way, and he sometimes doesn't fully understand what others are trying to say, as he is terrible at reading body language and tends to hear what people say, and doesn't read between the lines very well.
History: An only child, Oscar's parents were always busy with work. While he tried to make friends, all the other children his age either made fun of him or got mad at him. All alone, he decided to give video games a try...he was hooked instantly. In video games, he could explore amazing worlds, and making friends suddenly became easy. Sure none of it was real, but it was still a lot more then he got in his own life.

I know that. But Grey said that I was "basically outright plagiarizing a canon character" after I edited in his equipment and abilities. So when he said (read; typed) "cannon character" I thought that he was talking about a character from a Tales of game that I hadn't played
Since you said that after I edited in his Artes and Skill, I'm going to assume that your problem is with those. In that case, could you tell which character's skill am I plagiarizing?
