Well, it's official; Ren has somehow managed to escape from the evil government chicken aliens that were trying to probe him. Nice work
Getting back to his feet, Mike couldn't help but smile; sure he had just gotten his ass handed to him with a single attack, but he felt that he had made immense progress since yesterday, and with this new toggle skill, he felt that he was going to get stronger even faster. "If it isn't hard...it's not training" he responded as he took position. His attention was briefly caught by the PM, but he quickly dismissed it. It didn't seem as important as his training right now. "Alright...I'm ready. Come at me"
A skill that boosted two stats and gave him an percentage boost to his MP. SO AWESOME!!! What wasn't awesome was that he was wrong about which stat he needed. It looked like STR was going to be more important then VIT, which kind of sucked, but oh well. He just had to go 50/50 on STR/WIS. That would allow him to use this new skill to add each stat's base score to the other. However that wasn't even the best part; this skill consumed 5 MP per minute, but he recovered 6 per minute. That meant that he could level it up just by leaving it on. Also, assuming that skills didn't have a level cap, he could use this skill to keep boosting his STR and WIS. The more he thought of it, the more okay he was with this development. "Alright, here I go. Zandaka" he could feel the change instantly, and it was awesome. With his WIS at 19, his STR just doubled! (assuming that stat points were rounded down. If not, the he would have gained 8.5 or 9 extra points in STR, which would mean that his STR more then doubled). After taking a few seconds to adjust to his increase in power, he swung his sword at Keiichi
While Mike was planing on not putting any more stat points into STR and DEX, he was hoping that his VIT stat would take care of the 'Body' part in the 'balance of Body, Mind, and Spirit' thing. His plan was to go 2575 on his VIT/WIS with his stat points, but it was starting to look like he might go 50/50. Not that it was a problem or anything, just something to keep in mind. As he took his stance, he answered with a 'I'm good" and closed his eyes. he focused on merging the power of his body and spirit...wait a second, that sounds like how chakra in Naruto worked. Storing that thought away for later contemplation, he returned to his attempt to learn Zandaka (which was a really awesome sounding name)
Mike double fist pumped "yes! I'm going to be a Spirit Bender/Asura hybrid! So much awesome!" After the pain of being completely useless in that last boss fight, Mike felt like he finally had his path in sight "I'm ready to begin now." He was finally going to learn an attacking skill suited to his tanky stat build, that was really exciting. That boss fight yesterday had made him feel pretty powerless, with him only serving as a mana battery and a very brief distraction. Now however, things were going to start to change
"Yeah. I have a quick question; is spirit channeling anything like the Senshin no Ken? I mean does it more like the Senshin no Ken then magic? I was thinking of expanding my skill set, and if spirit channeling is anything like the Senshin no Ken, then it's going to scale off of my Wisdom stat. That's the stat that boosts my maximum mana pool, which is the internal resource I use for all my skills, my mana regeneration, and my resistance to magic. It's also the stat that has the most influence in the effectiveness of Senshin no Ken techniques by the looks of it" Mike asked
...Ren actually posted...not sure if it's a sign of the apocalypse, or the second coming of Christ
Quick question; would the Flowmotion from 3D be a learn-able ability?
Having grown up in a forest, the heavy clothes he was now wearing felt alien to him...and yet, something about it seemed right. He currently had on a white coat with a hood, baggy yet thick black pants, and a pair of boots with some kind of white fuzz that was on the part that hugged his legs. 'Simo Hayha; Winter Sniper. Something about that just sounds right' he thought to himself. As he gathered his things (ie his gun) and followed the rest of his team, he suddenly realized that he didn't even know the names of the people he was traveling with...okay, so maybe it wasn't so much 'he suddenly realized' and more 'someone else brought it up first and he agreed with them'. "You're right; it is kind of silly that we haven't exchanged names yet, I'm Simo. I don't really have much of an interesting tale to tell about my past, I'm pretty average. I grew up in a forest raised by my dad, where I learned how to hunt...and that's pretty much everything noteworthy about my life so far. Well, other then running into these strange Heartless creatures at that last world we were in, but you all know that story"

Less then a day after leaving home, and he was already getting to do something exciting like saving a princess. If this was just the beginning of their adventure, then he was in for a fun time. Also, he was looking forward to giving mountain climbing a try.
This looks really interesting. I'm thinking about making a teenager ice conduit who ends up getting swept up in the events of the RP
