So anyways, hopefully I shall get my first posts in tomorrow now that I have both of my characters sorted out (it's okay to post as Galatea, right? ^^;). Please make sure you see someone, take it from me; this is the kind of thing you need to talk with someone about" while a squirrel didn't compare to a son, he had been emotionally dependent on the tiny creature, so he felt he had at least some idea how she felt. Another nod from the women was enough to satisfy him "try to take care" and with that, he was off. 'I'm sick and tired of New York. I've had nothing but trouble since I got here' A wry smile worked his way onto his face 'hell, I might have a better time in Gotham' and with that, he was off to the oddly named city. Adam winced as he watched the Hooligans killed right in front of him. "It's because as long as they live, they can suffer and pay for their crimes. Those men however will never suffer again. You know, being dead and all." Dismissing his butterfly net, he continued "and for the record; it's Star Adam. I've never even met another Star Sapphire. Well, unless you count a message left for me on my mother's ring. But other then that, nothing." With that said, he flew over to the women still holding the body of her dead son "is there anything I can do to help ma'am?"

Okay, so he wasn't a bad guy, just an anti hero. Honestly, that wasn't too bad. Sure, he killed a few guys, but considering the scenario, it would be considered self defense (of someone else. While his first instinct was just try and get him to calm down, that wouldn't work considering this guy was a Red Lantern, since that may or may not kill him. That left him with one other option; compromise "Sorry about that then. When I see someone shooting some kind of liquid that kills someone like that, I tend to assume they're the bad guy. I'm glad to see I was wrong. I can understand wanting to get revenge like this, I really can. However there are a lot of hero's that really don't like people killing others, even if they're a villain. I think it would be easier if we just took these guys to the police and have them take care of it. Think of it this way; if you kill the rest like you have been, they'll die quickly. But if we take them to the police, then they'll get convicted easily and get the death penalty, that way they'll get to stew for a while and suffer much longer. With as many witnesses as there are, there's no way they'll get away. Also, I think death by electric chair takes longer then death by...whatever that stuff you've been using is." Keeping his distance from the Red Lantern, he continued "I don't want to be your enemy. Clearly you aren't a threat to any innocents. If we can just solve this by talking, then that's just great."
