Kamina
While under normal circumstance, Kamina would rush to the aid of any of his friends without thinking...however this wasn't quite a normal circumstance. When that Flareon attacked Spruce, Kamina assumed that he was one of Celes' siblings who was only attacking him out of some sort of test. That was something that made sense to Kamina's strange logic. As such, he felt it improper to get involved. After all, this was Spruce's fight to prove to Celes' family that he was worthy of her. Kamina already knew he was, but her family hadn't been on any adventure with him, so he could understand why they felt the need to test him. As such, Kamina didn't really pay attention to the fight. What did catch his attention was the strange Mudkip who called himself Breen. Splashing over to the Water Type, Kamina stared deeply into his eyes in a totally not homo way. He was piercing through those two windows o his face with his gaze to see the soul inside

Tini
Bonnie's story was a sad one. It was the story of a little girl who's childhood was ruined by an evil dad. Suddenly, many things started to make sense. "I understand..." Tini said somberly "It seems I have little choice" his voice was quiet before he raised his frying pan to the sky "I must channel all of your pain and sorrow into this mighty frying pan...and then hit your father on the head with it until he's sorry!!!" he declared dramatically (not...not really. There was nothing dramatic about that. It was just plain adorable)
Later when they reached the Sunswept Plains, he had a sudden idea. A perfect way to easy poor Bonnie's suffering (at least in his mind). Crawling up to her neck, he wrapped himself around it like a sweater "don't worry Bonnie! I know just the thing to make your heart stop hurting; cuddles! Cuddles always made me feel better when I was deathly ill." Suddenly, he realized something "oh yeah...I never told you guys; I was born sick, and no one expected me to live very long. My parents did their best to take care of me...but it wasn't enough. When I was just about to die, lord Xerneas came and saved me...and made me minty, pink, and sparkly for some reason. It was that day that I knew I was destined to be a great hero of justice!"
Name: James/Jasmine Bondler
Age: 14
Nationality: England
Personality: According to him, James is a hard boiled yet smooth operator. Able to keep calm under any sort of situation, with nerves of ice, just like his father...this would be a lie. While he does indeed try to act that way, his emotions sometimes get the best of him, much to his dismay. He feels that it makes him incapable of being like his father. While his father could suppress his concern for others and himself to put the mission first, James can't. He cares deeply about everyone, and is far too compassionate for a secret agent in his eyes
Biography: James' father was one of the most skilled members of Britain's Secret Intelligence Service, or MI6. While his missions were all highly classified, one thing that wasn't was that his father, Shawn Connery Bondler, was the best in the business...until he was killed. James' mother (and by extentsion, him as well) never learned how he died, only that it happened on the day that James was born. Because of this, James grew up without a father figure in his life. In fact, all he had left of his father were some pictures, and four keepsakes that he was told his father took everywhere with him
While he never knew exactly what his father did, he did know that it could be summed up as 'secret agent stuff', which he found really exciting. Growing up, young James was always obsessed with anything spy related, from books to comics to TV shows, he loved it all. It was because of this that James knew from a young age that he wanted to follow in his father's footsteps. However, he always doubted his ability to do so. While the characters in his favorite fictional stories were always cool and collected, unfazed by anything, James wasn't the same
Having lost her husband to such a line of work, James' mother didn't want the same to happen to her only child, so one day she decided to send him to school in Italy when he was 11, hopping that getting him out of an environment with so much super spy fiction would end that dream...it didn't. Because Her husband died in service to the crown, James' mother received a pretty decent sized check every month to pay for things. As such, she was able to afford to send James to a school in Italy. She chose Italy because she had a sister with a house there who was rarely at home because of her job.
During the beginning of summer break when he was just 13, he was a was caught up in an attack by a strange monster. A hit to the head by some debris knocked him out, so he doesn't know what happened during the attack. However when he woke up, he found something unbelievable had happened to him; he had become a girl. A nearby Magical Girl told him (now a her) that she had brought her back from the brink of death by making her a Magical Girl as well. While she believed that her father would have been able to remain calm in such a situation, James (or Jasmine, as she decided to call her female form) was not, and understandable freaked out. After calming down, the older Magical Girl taught her the basics of Magical Girl stuff, even discovering that her four keepsakes had become magical items. With help from her, she was able to learn how to use all of them over the course of summer break. When August came however, the Magical Girl left, saying that she had to return home
With The Cufflinks, James was able to hid his secret from the world. Using them to maintain his male form in public. However because of his lack of experience, he couldn't keep it up indefinitely. When the older Magical Girl left, James did his best to stay away from that world, just wanting to be a normal boy. As such, the only Keepsake that saw regular use was The Cufflinks. However, it soon grew to be too much for Jasmine, ans she joined a team of Magical Girls to try and find a way to return to normal. Although because of the shame she felt from being stuck in a girl body, she kept the fact that she was really male a secret from her teammates
Experience Level: First Act
Skills:
Marksman; Very good aim with a pistol. Some of his father's old friends sometimes took him down to a shooting range to practice
Acrobatic; He worked out to be able to preform the same insane stunts that secret agents on TV could. Granted he only got to that level with magic, but even without it he's still pretty nimble.
Stealthy; Also something that he felt he would need as a secret agent.
Can bullshit like a master; This one seems to be more of a natural gift of his. James was always good at coming up with stories on the fly, and got good enough at acting to back them up
Magical Power: Upon becoming a magical girl, James' Four Keepsakes from his dead father became magical items. When using their magical power, they turn gold
The Pen can draw holes in thin surfaces (ie walls) in Golden Mode. If they are big enough, then people can pass through them. Any holes made with The Pen disappear once the cap is put back on.
When in Golden Mode, The Lighter's flame becomes hypnotic. It can be used to put non-magical people in a trance. From there, he can either erase a reacent memory, or have them obey a simple command. The trance caused by The Lighter wares off after a few hours, however any memories erased stay that way
The Case is a pocket dimension, capable of storing anything that can fit inside of it's opening. However, it loses it's connection to it's pocket dimension when not in Golden Mode
The Cufflinks allow James to shape-shift when in Golden Mode, although with his current skill level, it's limited. Because he was born a male and spent so many years as one, using The Cufflinks to maintain his original form is much easier then any other. They also change their appearance to fit whatever form James takes, however they retain their gold color
The Gun is the combined form of James' Four Keepsakes. Because it can only be formed when the others are in their Golden Mode, it is always gold. Also, because it requires all Four Keepsakes to make, James is unable to use the individual powers of the Keepsakes when using The Gun. As for it's powers; The Gun fires completely silent magical bullets, and due to it's magical nature, does't need to be reloaded. It is James' sole offensive power
It sure is open! We'll be forming teams soon, but you should have time to join before that. This RP will still be open after teams are formed, but you won't be able to work out which team you're on.
And, I'm taking a look at your PM now. I'll send a response when my co gm is on to take a peek as well.
Chatzy is up http://www.chatzy.com/82625409410217
I'll be putting up a bunch more lore information when I make the OOC this evening. Once the new apps are in, we'll form teams and begin the RP.
That's a huge relief, I was starting to get worried that it was going to be another case of someone never responding to my PM
Excuse me, Rosette. I sent you a PM about a character idea I have. I'm just posting in the thread in case you didn't see it (I've PM'd people recently and haven't had them respond, so I'm not sure if the guild's PM system is working right)
"Uh...sure" Even replied. He was still baffled that he had never even seen these two girls before last night. Even had a really good memory for faces, hell, he could remember the faces of tons of people e didn't even know...but these two girls, nope. It was really bugging to poor Brit. Checking the class assignment board, he found his classroom and made his way over there. In his stunned state, he failed to notice Noa's name. Once at his classroom, ho took a rear corner seat for himself 'this is going to be a crazy school year. I can just tell.' That was when Noa came in, to his supprise

While nothing bad had happened today, Even still felt off. Like he was, for lack of a better phrase, out of his element, so to say. The sheer bizarreness of what had happened today had left him feeling kind of subdued. However, things got even stranger when he got to the cafeteria; that Megumi girl had bought lunch for him and Noa "t-thank you. I...I have no idea what to say" he really didn't. "Sorry if I'm seeming a little off today, it's just that the unrealness of...well...last night turning out to be real, and me getting involved with two girls I've never seen before"
