I have a few quick questions; does your ranking reflect if you're a new student (ie could an Orion also be here for their first year)? And when do new students find out which house they're in?
'I really hate my life right now. More then usual.' Nathan thought to himself as he trailed Meira and Reala. 'I mean really; this day just keeps on getting worse and worse' he lamented. As the girl from before (Alice was it?) came across the sisters, Nathan was barely able to suppress a laugh. 'Doesn't bite she says. She's seconds away from trying to bite my limbs off. Still, I did need a good laugh. As he was mentally chuckling, something occurred to him 'wow. I'm being surprisingly negative today. Well then again, it's not like anything good has happened to me recently, so maybe I've got a reason for my mood.'
Nathan didn't buy that. There was reading body language, and then there was mind reading. This was clearly the later. Nathan absolutely hated having his mind invaded. "Stay out of my head Nathan growled at Reala. Once the train arrived, Nathan made sure he was at the rear of the car that Meira and Reala were on, as he was unwilling to be around Reala any more then he had to, but couldn't afford to let Meira out of his sight again. If he did, then who knows what Ranathia would do to him.
'So she knows what this Sentinel thing is?' Nathan thought. 'I guess I shouldn't be too surprised. Although...if she knows, then who else does?' He wondered as he glanced at Meira. Once more deciding not to say anything to Reala to avoid provoking her. 'So she plans to enter the tournament too? That could be problematic if I have to fight her. While I'm very experienced at taking out people like her, there is still that seal on me. Sure my powers are all back, but for all I know, she could use it on me in the fight. Hell, if what I've heard is right, that would be a perfectly okay thing to do. This isn't looking good' scratching the back of his head in frustration 'I'm going to need to find a way to block her attempts at triggering it, otherwise I might not stand a chance. Or maybe I'll get lucky, and her pride will keep her from using it. Heh, what am I saying? I never get lucky.'
Okay, so Kamina needs a Water Type attack now. Could I have him learn Aqua Tail for this?
"Eh" Nathan just shrugged off her insults again, although he was surprised to see Reala again so soon after what had just happened. However since he wasn't in the mood to argue with her again, he simply ignored her. Tuning out the sister's conversation, he let his mind wander again, as he found waiting around for the train to be extremely boring 'I wonder what ever happened to her; that girl who claimed to be my daughter from the future. It was a really crazy story she told me; to think that I would actually find a mate and reproduce. Maybe the only reason I believed her so easily is because I wanted it to be true.' Sparing a quick glance at Meira before turning away, his thoughts continued 'and she was supposed to be the mother of my offspring. It's just too surreal. I thought she was telling the truth, I really did...but now I'm not so sure' Nathan let out a sigh 'maybe it's for the best after all.'
Despite his very drowsy looking demeanor, Ethan was no stranger the battle. He had been in more then his fair share of fights. So the thought of going up against a fallen didn't really scare him. They tended to stick to tossing light spears at people, which was a tactic so simple and predictable that Ethan could plan around it. Also, they seemed to shed feather really quickly since they tended to get everywhere, yet there was never a single bald spot on their wings from what he could see...it was weird. Oh, wait...that's not important. Oh well. While in fight right behind Stella, he suddenly got a message from Faye. Ethan sent a quick reply using The Passion to type before putting his cell phone away

With his cell phone tucked away, his mind wandered to the upcoming battle. As he imagined of the fight at hand, his blood began to boil with adrenaline and he felt...

...Awake.

Something people tended to assume about Ethan when they first looked at him was that he didn't have perfect 20/20 vision. That was understandable of course, most other people couldn't fathom any possible reason for someone to wear fake glasses, except for Ethan of course. His glasses didn't have normal lens, they had regular glass. What this meant, for those unable to instantly understand it, as that the glass in his glasses was made of a reflective substance...one that he could use The Passion on. So he touched one of the lens to get an overview of the battlefield ahead of time. As Stella and him touched down, he took out three playing cards and put Flashbang Glyphs on each of them. Then, using The Passion on his glasses, he got a look at the fallen's point of view, and with that, he was able to extend The Passion behind him to make three more Flashbang Glyphs without him seeing them. With that done, he got to work "well, well, well. If it isn't my old friend; Esidisi. I thought I had seen the last of you back in Greece, but I'm sure you thought the same of me. This time, things won't go the same way; with the Stone Mask destroyed, you can't use it to protect yourself anymore. So now, I'll pay you back for what you did to Zeppelli" In stark contrast to before, his voice was full of energy.
"Huh?" Nathan blinked "that...wasn't the classroom? But there were teachers there, and they were taking roll call." He scratched his head in confusion. 'And why do we even have to take a train? That just feels lazy to me.' Shaking his head, Nathan remained standing, but made sure he wasn't in anyone's way. 'It's already been awhile, does school really start so late in the day? I wonder if that means that it's much shorter then I thought, or ends a lot later then I thought. Oh well, I'm about to find out I guess' Since he didn't have anything else to do, he started to let his mind wander 'the Sentinel...just what is that? And how was he so sure that it's me?'
'If you really didn't want to talk about her...you could have just said so' Nathan thought to himself. "I've spent more time then I probably should have fighting people with dangerous powers. Truthfully; it gives me an edge. He's less likely to take me seriously, and more likely to just toy with me. That means that whatever power he has, he's probably just going to show it off, confident that I can't beat him. Which is when I find a way around it and outsmart him. I'm not as dumb as I look." Sighing, he shook his head "It might be best for us to return to class; we're late enough as is." Nathan said as he started to make his way back.
"Wait...what?" Nathan was confused "but you told me a month ago that you had just found out about her. Now you're saying that you two knew each other since you were little kids." Nathan shook his head 'did...did she lie to me? I mean, I can understand concealing information or just refusing to talk about something...but outright lying. I'm starting to see the family resemblance' Nathan thought bitterly. "Never mind that. Like I said before; that guy from before is going to be here. The way I see it; I can enter this and beat some answers out of him. I have some questions for him myself...like how he knew who I was right away."
