Ah, my mistake then
I thought that's what everyone was doing now
I'm waiting for Lucian to volunteer to go with Ren. I was planing on Mike being the one to in order to start a Sweet on Polly Oliver subplot between Mike and Ren. Since it seems that subplot will be between Lucian and Ren now, I think I just have Mike go home after Lucian decided to go with Ren
So who are we still waiting on? I've noticed that there's one doll master missing
Mike could be that guy. He's the right age, and I think it would be funny
After all of his money had found a new home, Kamina made his way back to where he had slept the night before "truly this was a most amazing first day as an explorer, but alas, it had to come to and end eventually. Now I must rest my body to prepare for the trials that lie ahead tomorrow. I can only imagine what sort of epic adventures await us the next day. One thing however is certain; whatever happens tomorrow will take take me closer to my goal, to the power and greatness that I know I shall one day achieve! The vast amount of effort I've put in before ans will continue to put in guarantee a path there, and once I finally achieve that which I so greatly desire, I'll be able to look back on those who laughed at my dreams and laugh back at them!"
Simo was in awe. He had heard how radically different some worlds could be, but seeing it first hand is another thing altogether. There were just so many people, some not even human. One strange race he noticed were tiny little furry things that had strange antenna with a ball on the end of it. So bizarre...yet awesome. While he truly loved his old home (those woods would always have a special place in his heart) he had grown far too complacent there. This on the other hand was...was...he didn't even know what to say. "Normaly this would be the part where I say that it feels like I've stepped into another world...but that's exactly what I did." It wasn't just the people, he also saw so many different kinds of weapons, some of which didn't even look like weapons but most likely were based on how their wielder was holding them. "If I was ever the slightest bit upset with my dad for leaving...this would have completely changed that. I'm amazed he could stay in one place for so long with such wonder and mystery out there, and this is only one world, just one. I can only imagine what the others would look like" he said to himself as he continued walking through the city
...and then the explosion happened. After that, people started panicking and running like a stampeding herd. While that was going on, some strange black creatures appeared out of nowhere. Simo wasn't sure what they were, however, when one of them jumped a man, that told him all he needed to know "oh boy! Things to shoot!" pulling out his trusty rifle, he took aim at the creature attacking the man and shot it off. With the black things still occupied, he was able to pick off the remaining few of them left. That done, he started running to the source of the explosion "this is just too awesome!!!" He squealed in delight "only a few minutes here and I'm already in an epic fight"

"Gah!" Malice cried out, stunned by the attack "you impudent little brat! Let's see how you like being violated by your...whatever he is to you" Malice then reached out and touched Luther's mind with her own to warp it into raping Chloris. However, before she could get started, Nathan shot a fire ball at her. Holding out her hand, a strange ruby ring appeared on on of her fingers. The ring glowed brightly and Nathan's fire ball was sent right back at him "Huph, be burned into cinders by your own fire"
The fire ball hit Nathan straight in the chest, however he sounded more surprised then in pain "oh crap, my clothes!" He quickly began patting the fire on his pants, trying to put it out "I'm okay losing my shirt, but I will not be bottomless outside!" After the fire on his lower half was put out, he took off his shirt and tossed it away
Malice pouted "awwww. I wanted to see you burn to death in soul wrenching agony, poopy. Wait...what was I doing? I need you alive" she breathed a sigh of relief "that was close. It's strange, I'm so used to killing people in the most painful way I can imagine, that it's just sort of become a reflex for me, it's never been a problem before. Oh well, I'm just lucky that you're fireproof."
"I suggest we get out of here" Nathan said. "This crazy bitch can repel someone else's magic with little effort, who knows what else she can do......oh wait, that's right; there's also the brain washing thing."
