This was bad. Really, really bad. Kin wanted to hit himself; he couldn't believe he let that stupid crow Youkai get his grubby talons on his Advent Deck. Sure, he managed to shoot it out of the sky, but he didn't see where the Advent Deck landed "please let me find it before anyone else, please." Had this simply been in the middle of nowhere he wouldn't be as panicked. However there was a nearby human village. If some Youkai hating human got a hold of his Advent Deck, then he was screwed.

Close. It's from a Japanese series called Kamen Rider, which is the sister series to Super Sentai. Power Rangers is an American adaptation of Super Sentai

Also, for everyone convenience here's an example of a card being used: don't worry, I have no intention of including the card used in that video, that would just be overpowered

RACE: Advent Phoenix Daiyōkai. Advent beings have no notable differences from their non Advent counterparts...except they can be enslaved with an Advent Deck. The use of Advent Decks to bind Advent beings originated in England before spreading all the way to China. Many Advent beings fled to Japan to escape enslavement...with mixed results

Home Town / Location: Currently has no home

Bio: Young Kin was born in China while his father was away in Japan, trying to secure a home for his family. While he was away, slavers captured the young Kin and bound his soul to a Contract Card. Before it could be sold however, his father returned to rescue him. Because they lacked the means to safely destroy the card and the deck it was a part of, they had to take it with them to Japan, to insure that no one ever got their hands on it. When he was only 10 years old in human years, both his parents were killed in a war between to rival Daiyoukai clans. Since then, he's been wandering Japan in search of a way to destroy his Contract Card, before someone can bind it to their soul and make him their slave

Starting Location: On the outskirts of the village near the bone eater's well

The idea is for new cards to become available as the story progresses. Also, if this gets the green light, I'll need someone to find his Advent Deck (preferable one of the humans from the future, as that sounds like it would be funnier)

Personality: Despite belonging to a warrior race, Leo isn't much of a fighter, in fact he's rather shy, hiding his fuzzy lion ears under his hair to avoid drawing attention. He hates being cold and is drawn to sources of warmth like a moth to a fire. When sufficiently warmed up, he becomes lethargic and content, like a house cat napping in a sun beam. And while he might not have much of a backbone, if you somehow push the right button, he gets mad. When he gets into this state, he goes on a rampage to break whoever pissed him off. Calming him down is not easy

History/Background: Born into a family of proud warriors, Leo quickly became the black sheep of the family with his reluctance to fight. However his family quickly discovered that he had an eidetic memory and 180 IQ. Thus he quickly became the family nerd. Because his high IQ allowed him to breeze through school with ease, he normally finished each school year's assignments in the first quarter of school. With more free time then he knew what to do with, he soon took up reading as a hobby. When it was clear that there wasn't any point in keeping him in a normal school, his parents sent him to Kalmaysia Academy

Powers: Posses super strength, senses, speed, and teeth made of mithrial. He is capable of generating claws on his knuckles (ala Wolverine) made out of solid spirit energy. However he is at his most powerful in his True Form. His already amazing strength, speed, and senses are further increased and his teeth and claws become even stronger then mithrial......it's too bad his meek nature prevents him from using the full extent of his powers

I'm thinking about making a demon character who can make a contract with another character, granting them powers. It's a character idea I came up with a long time ago, and a Inuyaha RP sounds like a great place to use it

I needed some kind of reference in the name. His original name, Yu was a reference to Yu Narukami; the cannon name the the protagonist of Persona 4. Yu's ability; Myriad Truths, is a plot skill used to end the final boss battle of P4. Yuan on the other hand, is the name of an angel from Tales of Symphonia; he's kind of like the anti Lucifer; while he did rebel against heaven (in secret at first), he was a good guy because the angels in that game were a bunch of raciest bastards who were also running the games equivalent of Jewish Nazis...no I am not kidding (their ranks were mostly a race that had suffered from heavy discrimination in the past, they believed themselves to be the superior race, and they had concentration camps)
