I'm just going to go on record here and say that all of Kamina's level ups prior to the start of the RP came from getting beaten up. He's been in (and lost) a lot of fights. Were he able to fight back at the time, he might already be a Gyarados. I also now deeply regret making him part Fire. If I had the chance to go back and change it, I would make him part Fairy with Fairy Wind as his new move. I originally picked Fire because it had one of the weakest moves in the game, which I felt would be fair. However upon seeing everyone else...I'm starting to think I made a mistake. The idea of a poor little Magikarp getting brought back from the dead as a Dragon slayer (because let's face it; that's what the Fairy type is) is both hilarious and epic at the same time

He then adjusted his position to face Spruce "I have no doubt that our friend Spruce here is going through such pain. Do not hate it my brother in arms, but embrace it! For you shall emerge from this stronger then before in both body and spirit. Take it from me; someone who's body was tempered with pain"

So that Absol didn't get the crystal thingy...but someone else did. Did that mean that they won...or lost? Kamina couldn't tell. Well regardless, it looked like their work here was done...maybe. In all honestly, Kamina didn't really understand what had just happened. They got to fight people, that he got, but then there was this strange Pokemon that M guy seemed to know (David, was it?) and then there were a hole ton of explosion, which while awesome were also confusing. Not only that, but Spruce was changing colors...somehow "Okay...somebody needs to fill me in on what just happened, because I'm not quite sure myself. A whole lot of stuff happened and I'm still a little confused as to what it all means."

Adrian had no doubt he could convince his parents to take in Lydia (at the very least, he could convince his mother who would then convince his father), however first things first; he needed to get her fixed up, she looked badly hurt. While it wasn't easy to transform other living things into mist when a vampire transformed, it was still possible, after all, they did the same thing with their clothes. While it was normally an advanced skill, Adrian's many years of experience using his powers out in the full sunlight had been great for training his control over his abilities. "Quickly, grab anything you couldn't live without, then I'll get you out of here" after waiting for her, Adrian transformed the both of them into a thin mist. While she couldn't heal in this state, it would keep her from getting any worse. After flying for a few minutes, they reached series of very large apartment buildings. After using their gaseous form to enter the penthouse of one of the buildings, he transformed them back. Then, quickly drawing blood on on of his fingers, he offered it to Lydia "here, drink this. I know drinking blood might seem grouse for anyone who isn't a vampire, but our blood has healing properties, it'll fix you up faster then a trip to the hospital. After I get you settled in, I'll go and talk to my parents"

The very sight of a mother beating their child like this was enough to stun Adrian briefly, however that ended quickly and a thin mist transformed into a dark storm cloud that completely covered the ceiling of Lydia's room. A bolt of lightning struck her mother, and sent her back. That's when part of the storm cloud broke off of the larger mass and descended to the ground, transforming into Adrian, who has a slasher smile on his face "you touched Lydia in a bad way, now I get to touch you in a bad way" he reached out and touched her leg with and electrified hand, shocking her, but not causing and real harm (just pain), however it did knock her out cold. Turning around and kneeling down, he pulled Lydia into a big hug, that's when he did something he had never done before; cry "why...why didn't you ever tell me? I-I-I had no idea your parents were so cruel to you. You should have told me" while he still hadn't seen her father, he felt it was safe to assume that he wasn't much better, given how quick her mother was to start beating her "please...let me take you away from here. Your parents don't love you, no loving parent could ever do that to their child. Please...let me keep you safe" he begged her
