Disregard.
@Azseth Holy mother of damn, you're back. Count me in.
@kingkonrad It's up!
The parajumper’s heart pounded in her chest, a loud deafening beat in the silence of the water. It was dark all around apart from the small displays in front of them and she couldn’t help but feel nervous as they continued to float along in the water. She took slow, regular breaths through the rebreather as instructed, though it took every bit of willpower in her to do so. She hated this part, it scared her to no end. The thought of drowning the inky black depths of the Mediterranean filled her mind and her breath caught in her throat. She closed her eyes for a single moment, trying to relax herself and slow down her heartrate once again.

"Okay, Duchess, prep the periscope. Let's get us a look on the approach."

Oakley flicked a switch to begin extending the periscope and switched her screen to the camera view. After a view seconds she was a rewarded with a monochrome view of the shoreline, the island filling the screen. She examined the coastline, picking out a few figures here and there which were presumably lookouts.

“Alright, I’ve got two tangos at the boathouse, presumably armed. Otherwise, we’re invisible to anyone else on the island from here on in.”

Oakley reached down and switched her radio to the alternate channel, glancing back down to the screen. Amongst the buildings a .50 cal had been mounted as a defense and was barely visible to the camera.

“Echo White, be advised that there is one visible mounted gun position overlooking the camp. It’s gonna get messy if they find out we’re here and that MG is still up. Over.”

Oakley habitually looked around herself for threats, only to be met with darkness. She lowered a hand to check her sidearm, before returning her gaze to the nearing shoreline on her display. Distance check, three quarters of a mile and closing, the details of the landing zone and boathouse now becoming more and more clear on the screen. She glanced over to Niko and nodded. There was something she liked about him, whether it was his discipline to get shit done or the carefulness shown towards the approach. Either way, she was glad to be paired with him.

“Half mile to go, how far can you swim?” Her voice was playful, as if challenging him-- no, daring him to ditch the SDV now. It was evidently meant to be a joke however. She knew better, exhaustion from excess swimming would negatively impact her ability to place accurate shots and they still had a cliff face to scale.
@kingkonrad Starting a post now, should be up sometime in the next few hours.
Charlotte Edwards

Interacting with: @rivaan(Natasha) and anyone in the area who could overhear them.

Charlotte was sitting in her office when the reporter came in. She looked up and watched the encounter before standing up and casually cracking her door open. After sitting down, she tucked a few locks of her long black hair behind her ear and listened carefully, picking out the pair of voices across the room. She quickly clicked her pen and began scribbling down the conversation before looking up to see her leave. What the hell was a reporter doing here so early after the attack? It wasn’t a face she recognised either, certainly an out of towner. Charlotte narrowed her eyes and put her pen back down, glancing over her notes quickly.

Time to go.

She quickly grabbed her change of clothes from her locker before heading out the back door of the clinic. With a quick glance to make sure no one was watching, she stripped down and shifted into the red and gray wolf that she really was. Charlotte picked up the bag containing her clothing in her jaw and then took off into the forest, watching the reporter from a distance. No, stalking her from a distance. She kept low, hiding in the tall grass and following the reporter’s scent. Her steps were silent and thoughtfully placed, the practiced stalk of a veteran werewolf. Invisible to all but the most observant and undetectable to even the most trained ear. The only ones who’d even have a chance of hearing her were at the Lake. Werewolves.

Charlotte laid in the grass, watching the reporter call out and throw a small hissy fit at the forest. It was entertaining, but she had her own suspicions about a reporter suddenly showing up in Red Lake after a wolf attack, and she was going to get the truth.

She quickly changed forms once again, changing into the civilian clothes she had brought with her and paid careful attention to clean off any hair that she may have shed as well. Then, it was a matter of adding a touch of perfume to herself to mask the scent and she’d be no different than any other normal civilian in town.

Charlotte backtracked to the road and then walked a small length of it, coming from the same direction the reporter had been walking. She approached the blonde with a careful step, noting the camera in her hand. “Wolf attack eh? Tell me, how does a reporter who is evidently from out of town know about this, and then on top of that, know to come to the clinic where the victims were treated and interrogate my nurses?”

She examined the lady with a trained eye, glancing in the direction of the other voices “Also...what gives you the right to pry and get the names of the victims? Patient information is confidential unless given out by them.”

@Dynamo Frokane I've been thinking her up all afternoon. Took forever to find a decent faceclaim, and I was gonna use the Oshkosh truck until I found that Canadian made one.
