The blue eyes glanced up as she noticed a man enter before her, cocking her thin brow in slight interest. The woman walked up behind him in her quiet way, lightly tapping him on the shoulder in her playful way, a small grin playing on her coral tinted lips. Well, ello there. I don't quite recognise you, but you fit the description I was texted." The woman pushed off her hood to reveal her soft featured face, she then holding out a hand casually to the man.

"Patty Longeharte. Pleasure to meet you." The dark haired woman, now known as Patty, gave a cheeky grin to the man as her other hand rested on her hip in a calm and relaxed manner. "If you are wondering where the others are, I apologize. They always keep me waiting. You best just sit back and wait. No telling when they'll show up, they aren't much for first impressions." With that, she fell back into a chair and crossed one black jean-clad leg neatly over the other.

The heels of brown combat boots quietly tapped on the pavement as a girl walked by, the hood of her fluffy black cotton jacket pulled up over her head as shockingly blue eyes scanned the area around her in disgust. The Libertas troops scoured the area like a pack of wolves, keeping everyone in check and in silence. They think they own the place, the dirty wankers. The dark haired woman was obviously unamused, if not annoyed, by their presence rather than fearing them as the rest of the citizens.

The British woman entered a club, a frequented one at that. Not because she herself liked the cigarette smoke filled cavern of a place, but because she often met other rebels around here to discuss their next move. As usual, she was first to the place, clicking her tongue in distaste as she took a table at the very back of the club to await her companion's arrival. "Couldn't they have chosen somewhere that didnt reek of shoddy fags* and desperation?" She mumbled under her breath to no one other than herself.

Personality: Patty is a real spitfire. She's highly sarcastic and seems to be fearless. She has no issues starting fights with people three times her size and will gladly use cheap shots to win. Patty is actually quite friendly aside from her sassy demeanor, and when it comes to someone being in trouble, even if it's an enemy, she's at their side in a flash. Though she likes to poke fun at people, Patty's a real sweetheart and is often looked at as an older sister figure by those around her.
Bio: Patty was an orphan at the age of three, her parents supposedly dying in a car crash. She was raised by her uncle on her father's side, Jerry, until the age of 15 when he was arrested for being involved with rebel affairs. Her uncle sent her to run away so she wouldn't be caught, when Patty overheard the people arresting her uncle say how he was 'against the government just like his brother.' Patty connected the pieces as she ran towards the address Jerry had given her, and has since been a member of the rebels.

Nicknames: The Firefly Maiden, firefly, Lady Hotaru (by her familiars)

Appearance: "I'm not much..."
Personality: Hotaru is a quiet person. She isn't a fan of social interaction, because she has poor conversational skills and is afraid of scaring people away. She is a real softy, but due to her antisocial demeanor people mark her as cold and mean without attempting to meet her. Hotaru hates to see people upset or hurt, and always helps those who need it. However, she still avoids any form of relationship out of fear of getting attached.
Abilities:

• Familiar summoning:
  
  • Inugami, the wolf-dog demon

Skills: Hotaru has incredible magical abilities, being able to control blessed fire rather than just the usual Wu Xing element. She plays the flute beautifully, and has the ability to sense evil.
Weaknesses: She is not physically strong and often comes down with fevers because her magic is too much for her weak physical body to contain. She cannot fight in close combat and can only summon two familiars at a time. Though she can sense evil, it suffocates her and can make her faint if she's surrounded by it for too long.
Equipment:
Heaven's Note her blessed flute. It increases her spell potency, range, and accuracy. Only the owner can play it, and anyone who hears the notes will be under the spell. The flute will become unbearably hot if anyone else tries to play it but Hotaru.

• Song of Healing: can slowly heal allies in the area
• Song of Protection: creates a barrier against evil around allies in immediate area. Makes people inside feel safe.
• Song of Spirits: summons Will O' the Wisps to do errands such as search for a missing person.
• Song of Fire: summons golden flames that are blessed to attack with.

Brief Backstory: Her father was an onmyoji who fell in love with her mother, a priestess. He died saving the mother, pregnant with Hotaru, from a wild yokai. Her mother raised her but soon left after her fifteenth birthday, telling Hotaru that she must learn to take care of herself. She left Hotaru with the shrine and it's guardian, Inugami, as well as a shikigami egg that Hotaru raised to later hatch Juju. Inugami caught Nure trying to attack Hotaru in her sleep, and the snake demon asked to become her familiar. Hotaru agreed, much to Inugami's dismay, and now the two constantly argue over their Lady.

Most of the times, a Roleplay wont be post your character in the character tab right off the bat. You should always post your CS in the OOC for GM revision unless they specifically state that you dont have to in the OP.
