I must say, I'm interested, though you should delete the second interest check before people get confused.

How do i delete it?
Accident.
After typing all that out, realized that was kinda long for the premise.

Summary
--The story is placed in the "real" world with some obvious differences. Massive light engulfs the planet, seven million are vaporized, moderately powerful fires across the planet, and a week long blackout. Power is restored to the world on the eigth day, and a week from then three million of the seven vaporized return to the earth.

--The vaporized that returned have been granted superhuman powers, each individual's power is based off of their subconscious desires & wants. So a super nosy person might have gained the power to read minds, a person who feels bound to their surroundings might have gained the power of flight, etc.

--The cause of the incident was caused by a multi-national government experiment on futuristic technology recovered from an attempted invasion from a Parallel Earth, similar to our own with an altered history. Said organization has formed an international secret military coalition known as "Legion" to hunt down, capture, kill & possibly recruit the superhumans. A few people's powers manifested shortly after the returned, others manifested over the three months, and SEVERAL have powers that are still dormant.

--Storyline focuses on the world recovering, dealing with super-human powers, The Legion attempting to move in the shadows, and fix this situation, and also the looming threat of the parallel human earth actually managing a successful invasion of earth.
First off The setting is the "REAL" world, aka exactly like our own obviously with some differences however. From the dawn of time, mankind has had many stories of those who were superior to regular humans. These beings have been called many thing, the Olympian Gods, the Asgardians, angels, demons, mythical creatures such as vampires & werewolves, and many other names. Long believed to be nothing more then legends & myths throughout human history. But, what if all of these various stories had some truth to them? Thus the story of Invincible is born.

As stated before the setting is the real world, set in 2019. In January the entire earth was ensnared in a bright light, an ear shattering noise was heard across the planet, seven million people were instantly vaporized, fires started in several places across the planet, and the whole world was plunged into a week long blackout. The world's power was instantly returned, the total death poll no more then 15 million including those vaporized society recovered. A week later without notice the entire earth was plunged in darkness for nearly 12 hours, and three million of the seven million initially disintegrated reappears on the earth. The roleplay's story line will pick up three months after the initial January incident in April of 2019.

The Premise is the three million who returned have no memory of being vaporized & their month away from earth. However all of them have been imbued with superhuman abilities, powers based on their deepest subconscious desires & wants. The cause of the incident was a multi-national secret government experiment attempting to re-engineer technology from a space-ship recovered from humans from a parallel dimension. The idea is these humans from the parallel earth were planning to invade the earth, but their own initial fleet sent to our earth was disintegrated, and only one shape safely made it to our planet. The government's tampering with the ship activated a technology that causes accelerated evolution in humans, and the world around them.

So who's interested? Plenty of ideas to play with. People can play as regular humans and/or those dubbed as "The Invincible". Some who returned manifested their powers right away, some are just now discovering them, and their are others whose powers remain dormant. The storyline revolves around how those with superhuman powers affect the real world, as well as the aftermath of "The Incidents". The Government coalition responsible for the incident have formed a secretive multi-national paramilitary agency known as Legion to capture & kill those empowered. Also people with superhuman abilities have become public knowledge in the past month of the RP.

Ok anyone else interested?
In a world just like our own in almost every what imagine if some of us were different? These thoughts have infiltrated and plagued the minds of humanity since the early days. The very thought of a man being able to fly or spew flame from his hands has generated countless stories in acts of fiction. Thanks to a secret government operation going wrong reverse engineering confiscated alien technology such a thought is not just limited to fiction anymore. A government order composed of members from various countries known as Omega has been experimenting on alien technology recovered from a failed invasion back in 2000 for the past 10 years.

Now in the city of Atlanta, Georgia during the midst of the super bowl of 2019 several individuals both residents of the city and those traveling for the sporting events or other reasons have been granted superhuman abilities via a massive storm that was caused when the experiment awry the morning of the super bowl. Now Omega has spurned into action to contain the experiment, and track down those affected by the experiment as well as seeking to find out if any others in the country of America or the globe received random powers from the experiment, as the power granting violent storms occurred all across the globe in the same morning.

Yeah something like that. Maybe with every use of your power you gotta... I don't know bite yourself or something. There has to be a negative consequence for the use of your power. The strong the use, the larger the consequence.

@Subject Zero
Thanks for answering this while I was away.

@Chulance I can't wait to see your cs.
@Chairman Stein Thanks dude. I'm hoping I can keep that up.
