Public Service Announcement: When you DM someone for an RP, show interest beyond just a hello and an offer. Offer what interested you, and perhaps something to work with beyond just stating interest.

Bio
I'm a generally chill gomboblin that can be kinda particular. I grew up with plenty of electronics and video games, mostly with games like Final Fantasy, Zelda, and StarCraft. Lots of Nintendo. Dark Cloud is pretty sick. That's a lot of variety, and I do like to play a lot of different games. I like to blend magic and technology in my writing, bringing fantasy into space and sci-fi.
Magic in space is something that I find isn't done very much. Airships and spaceships could make for some cool centerpieces. Skies of Arcadia did a fantastic job of this. Perhaps that's not in space, exactly, but it's pretty close. Some of those ships may as well be space ships.

I'm a guy (straight guy), so the second option has its benefits, but I feel like... I dunno, holding someone close to my chest has a special feeling to it, y'know?
Mmm... Both are good. I couldn't say which is better. For me... probably the first, though I wouldn't mind the latter.

After going over her basic and advanced swing techniques, and her stances, and moving through the 9th Kata of the Hiryuu school, Regan put a hand to her stomach. "... still hungry." She sighs and gathers her bag and returns the bokken to where she got it as she comes down from the roof. Wait... why was there a bokken in the main building, anyway? She stopped before the stairs and looked at the supply locker she had grabbed it from.
.... whatever.
She proceeded back to the cafeteria, coming around a corner and bumping into Rika. "Ooh! Look out, I gotcha." (Spoken casually, with her dialect and accent) Before the girl could fall over from the taller half-German's inattention, she caught her and pulled her in, into what could be called a hug. She steps back quickly enough, hands on her shoulders. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to bump into you. Are you alright? Hey, I'll treat you to lunch to make up for it, how's that sound?" She smiles kindly to the girl, turning and sliding an arm around Rika's shoulders as she walks toward the lunch line. She drops the arm after just a few seconds, making it seem like nothing too much.

Sooo just short enough to maybe face plant into Regan's chest upon getting bumped into, sweet. I love it.
