@Cleverbird Now as much as I like SCP references like the little 13 year old edgelord I am; I have a problem with this character. Now, let me say I like the idea behind his character but I kinda feel like he would defeat the purpose of the RP just a tad. Like the whole point of the RP is gradually finding out how the supernatural works and an agent that already has that information is just eh. A way to remedy this - and I should have came up with this waaaaaaaaaaaaay earlier - is that you remove all refences to the FBP and say he's just an FBI agent. So you could reveal that he's with the FBP probably at the point where it doesn't matter.

Hey, thanks for not instantly shooting down the idea! I do however feel like some aspects of the FBP got lost in between the lines. The FBP doesnt know that there's something amiss in Araminta, they merely suspect. Like you said yourself, the idea is that David is inserted as an undercover FBI agent, investigating the recent string of murders. For the start of the RP I imagine it would be just like playing an FBI agent, interviewing the local police and populace. It's not like David is gonna roll into town, sniff the air and go "yup, this place is haunted." He's just as much in the dark as the rest of us.

Special Agent Keller is a fit 34 year old Caucasian male, hailing from Green Bay, Wisconsin. Life before the FBP showed Special Agent Keller as a dedicated gym goer, as shown in his excellent physical form. Special Agent Keller stands at roughly 5 foot 9 (1 meter 70 centimeters) and weighs roughly 169lbs (77 kilograms). Scar tissue is present along Special Agent Keller's back, right upper arm as well as his right thigh from his encounter with ████████████████████ in █████████████████, Wisconsin. Special Agent Keller seems to prefer a smooth shaven face, quoting: "I think it makes me look more approachable." R&D is currently researching whether this statement is true or false, see document QQ-BEA for more information. Special Agent Keller keeps his hair short as per FBP regulations.

Current Araminta assignment sees Special Agent Keller go undercover as an FBI operative. As such, Special Agent Keller has been given standard FBI field agent apparel; navy blue jacket with FBI markings, suit with tie, bullet-proof vest, ID badge and side arm. To help further blend in with the populace, Special Agent Keller has also been given leave to procure and dress like the local populace to help win them over when off duty.

MAIN GOAL ⫻ Interview B01-I01: "Log 1. This is Doctor Marshal Penning and I will be conducting the psychological test of David Keller. This psychological profile will be constructed from a series of interviews. Interview 1, the subject's main goal now that they are a part of the FBP. When asked this very question, the subject mentioned they simply wanted to prevent what happened in █████████████████, Wisconsin. To protect people, as he put it. A lofty ambition and one we like to see in our field agents, however I would highly recommend the FBP to keep a close eye that this behavior doesnt lead to self-destructive behavior. We are already low on field agents as it is..."

PHILOSOPHY ⫻ Interview B01-I02: "Despite everything that has happened leading after the events in █████████████████, Wisconsin, the subject has remained remarkably down to earth. He mentioned realizing that there is a curtain beyond which humankind in general should never peek and he understands that the FBP is needed. You know, we should work that into a slogan of sorts..."

SECRETS ⫻ Interview B01-I03: "Undergoing hypnotherapy, the subject has divulged that he feels guilty over the events that occurred prior to the FBP picking him up. It seems that the subject is suffering from Survivor's Guilt, or PTSD. Subject has shown no destructive signs thus far, though he has mentioned sleeping ill during full moons. I highly recommend the bureau to keep this under close observation. Recommend proper psychological debriefing after each OP."

SEXUALITY ⫻ Interview B01-I04: "The subject has shown heterosexual signs. No further investigation needed."

FEARS ⫻ Interview B01-I05: "Asking about his general fears, the subject was straight forwards. The dark and large dogs frighten him immensely, which given the previous events is understandable. The full moon also seems to unnerve the subject, leading to sleepless nights. We have recommended memory conditioning but this recommendation is still pending with the Head of Operations."

REPUTATION ⫻ Mission Brief: Special Agent Keller is to be inserted into Araminta as a FBI agent looking into the recent murders. From there Special Agent Keller will observe the town and investigate any potential Paranatural ties and if possible, secure and contain the threat.

QUIRKS ⫻ Doctor ███████ ███████████: "The subject has shown strong willpower, even when faced against the seemingly impossible. But we have noted that the subject smokes whenever they are put under high stress. Upon asking why he did so, he responded with, and I quote: "I hate the smell, I hate the taste, I know its terrible for my health... But it calms my mind." Hypnotherapy has been recommended to the Head of Operations, but has thus far been declined."

FLAWS ⫻ Special Agent ███ █████████: "While Special Agent Keller did an admirable job in ████, Washington. I couldnt help but notice that the man often prioritized bureau objectives over any other. And while I dont believe this to be a bad thing, it did mean a few innocents got hurt in the process. 'The greater good' as Keller put it. Ah, it's probably nothing, but it just didnt sit well with me. We're not robots, are we?"

BACKSTORY

"You always think 'That only happens to others' but what if you're the other?"

Special Agent Keller was picked up by the FBP on 12th of March, 20██, one day after the event in █████████████████, Wisconsin transpired. Keller had gone out on a camping trip with his co-workers and stumbled upon the territory of an as of yet undocumented ████████████████████. Keller was the sole survivor of the event by the time the Park Rangers picked him up. The FBP was able to quickly cover up the story by claiming it was a bear attack, which would explain the states the remains of his co-workers were found in. See document C9-B06 for for information regarding this incident.

Special Agent ███████ ████████████ was inserted as an undercover psychiatrist to determine the state of Keller's well being and found the man surprisingly resilient despite everything. Shaken, but not broken. Keller proved to be the perfect candidate for the FBP field agent program. Estranged family, few friends and a strong mind. Special Agent ███████ ████████████ approached Keller with an offer to join the FBP, which Keller accepted.

Since then Special Agent Keller has worked for the bureau for █ years now. He passed the field agent course with flying colors and showed strong investigative skills. He was part of Special Agent ███ █████████'s team when they investigated ████, Washington. See document W12-E09 for more information.

With bureau resources stretched thin across the continent, Special Agent Keller has been assigned the Araminta case by himself. While not normal FBP procedure, the bureau believes the town to be only a small threat.

To say brook didnt like this supposed "king" would be an understatement. Some fancy pants vampire rolls in and declares himself king out of the blue? Yeah, no, that shit doesnt fly with Brook. So when an invite came for her to attend some fancy pants gala, she had half a mind to just not go entirely, knowing it would piss the king off that his supposed subjects didnt do as told... But, curiosity was getting the better of her. A meeting of this size surely meant that something big was going to be announced and she wasnt exactly keen on missing out on that. Besides, maybe at least the food was going to be good?

That wasnt to say she was not going to do anything within her power to still piss the king off as best so could. So while some took it as a chance to roll up in a fancy car, wearing their finest clothing. Brook took it upon herself to drive her clunker Ford pickup to the designated hotel and march inside wearing a gaudy, neon pink crop top with the word "Woof" bedazzled across her chest, leaving her well-toned mid-riff exposed. Couple that with a pair of ripped jeans, more than a few over-sized golden chains hanging around her neck and a pair of aviator sunglasses despite it being dark, and you had a rather colorful figure walking through the crowd, easily towering over everybody there. The disapproving looks and mumbles regarding her gaudy attire only made her smirk in victory.

Her nose twitched as she could smell a few familiar faces and plenty she hadnt met before. Already she felt ill at ease. Too many bloodsuckers and witches. At least with vampires you knew what you were getting yourself into, but those goddamned witches... The mere thought of the shit they were up to made Brook's skin crawl.

Working her way through the crowd - making sure to shoulder check those who had the audacity to not step aside - Brook made her way up to whatever constituted as the buffet table, wondering if anybody she knew was already around.
