Sorry for my absence! A Volunteering position suddenly turned into a Volunteer Leadership position I was not expecting at all so things have been hectic.

Look at you posers, having to bang dragons or sell your soul for magic when you could just play a lute for some. Anyways, here's Wonderwall. - Bards

Tucked away in a corner of the bustling markets of the Lower Decks of Rivet City was a clinic creatively named "the Clinic". It was said behind the sheet metal walls lived a cynical demon who care little about life yet could preform miracles. He didn't care if you lived or died or was crippled for life, he just wanted to get paid. And that one snarky, snarky demon doctor had a name, Odysseus.

"Alright, get your ass on a bed before I weld you to it. I'll be over in a second." Odysseus didn't even look up from his little chemistry set as a gunshot victim stumbled into the building.
"I-I wa-was up on t-the d-deck and s-s-someone to-took a p-potshot at m-", the man blubbered on.
"Shut it and get your ass on a bed." the doctor gave the man a sideways death stare, "Don't tell that to me, go bitch about it to the head of security."

Obediently, the man collapsed on to one of the four beds, divided with old shower curtains and poorly made quilts. The beds themselves were patchwork cloth stuffed with grass or shreds of other soft things on a mix of wooden crates and a dentist seat Odysseus managed to dig up on his travels (he called it the "luxury chair"). Odysseus's desk where he did paper work and mixed up chems was right in front of all the beds, a filing cabinet leaning against the counter.

"Now, let's see what kind of stupidity you managed to inflict upon yourself today." the doctor got out of his chair and walked towards the man, pulling a makeshift lamp on wheels over to see.

The wound was from a .32 caliber round judging by the hole it left, most likely a raider having some target practice. The wound itself seemed to have travelled a while, made a nasty hole but not all the deep, just above the liver. A quick fix ought to repair the wound, but not the man's stupidity.

He pulled out a bottle of fine vodka, the kind that'd knock you out in a few sips, and pours a bit on the man's wound. Ignoring the man's pained voice, Odysseus summoned forth a syringe of Med-X and shot it next to the hole; a pair of tweezers came from the dark depths of a medical table and began digging into the human body. Bits of blood and skin came out, only to be sponged by a piece of (arguably) clean cloth. Soon enough, the bit of metal bullet decided to get out and clinked to the ground.

"There you go, want to keep this as a sunveior to show your mother how strong and brave you are?" Odysseus half-mocked as he wrapped a bandage around the man, drawing a smily face after he was done.

However, the man did not respond, turns out Odysseus didn't give enough Med-X and the man passed out from the pain. Oh well, they say that people need time to rest after surgery anyways, might as well do it now. The doctor turned away from the man and returned to his chemistry work, in a few hours he would either wake the man up or throw him back out. Ahh what a wonderful life.

I'll have to pull out of this RP I'm afraid, someone has already more or less taken my idea XD

Nothing personal against that person of course. Good luck and have fun with this guys~
@Kingfisher Reposting this so I can know if this is allowed:

I've come up with a new perk to take the place of the two perks I already have and I want to know if I can use it.

Trust me, I'm a Doctor: +1 ALG, +1 PER, +5% Crit. Chance and Damage

Personally, I think this goes better with Odysseus' character since he is a medical android. The +1 to stats were origanlly meant for him to be better a surgery with better eyesight to see tiny things and deformities while operating and more fine motor skills so he doesn't cut something important while operating. The additional Crit. stuff is due to the fact he knows what points in the human body is vital thus cause more pain/damage.

And these are just some racial bonus ideas I came up with. Again, just ideas.

Androids:

Mechanical Man: Limbs are harder to cripple and DT is increased

Humans:

Social Animals: Damage and accuracy is increased for each nearby friendly human, androids give half the bonus and ghouls give none.

Ghouls:

Ghoulish Delight: Resistant to radiation and heals from radiation, can convince Feral Ghouls to attack others, will not be attacked by mutated (ie centaurs and super mutants but not Deathclaws and wild animals)

EDIT: @Sovi3t, I notice that both of our characters are extremely similar, want to have them both start in Rivet City running a small time clinic on the lower deck or something like that?

I do agree with that logic, but I see it as something else (kind of):

The Enclave are using the slavers as a way to familiarize themselves with the wasteland from a wastelander's view. Since I'm guessing they don't feel like sending out masses of troops or vertiberd recons to scout the wasteland out. Second, they may not recruit the slavers or their slaves, but they can be used as meat shields preventing their actual worthy soldiers from taking all too much damage. And because the slavers are so poor, the Enclave wouldn't need much on bribing them to be said bullet sponges. If a degenerate gets killed, boo hoo roll the next one in, but if one of their men get killed, things get problematic since they just lost a trained guy and all of his equipment.

Of course, this is all from a war point of view tho.
Seems interesting but I'd like some more on the setting of it before I make any major dedication to this idea
With the mention of sub-species are we trying to stick as close as we can to Human Kind? I had an idea of a Parasitic race that using a base race as it's "Outter Body".

Don't quote me on this, but I think that human sub-species means either sticking as close to le homo sapiens as possible or using standard fantasy races (elves, dwarves, ect). Again, this is just what I got out of it.

That's... exactly what the Enclave are, though? Their actual end goal is the reestablishment of civilized society, without mutants, and with themselves in complete power.

That's there goal but I think they haven't managed to do quite that yet

the Enclave to negotiate with slavers of all people

Sometimes you have to do things like that to get power. America has negotiated and even supported terrorists at one point in its history.

@Dead Cruiser

I don't really see your point. As of right now, only one person is playing as a ghoul and the SMHL was a joke, there's only one person whose really aligned with any faction and that's Longshot with the BoS, the biggest focus isn't on vaults, its the newly named Capital Graveyard with a heavy Enclave presence. The large majority of us are wanderers or people in towns which I don't remember the Enclave trying to purge.

We're all aware that the wasteland has changed, but its not like the Enclave suddenly went toleration state dictator on everyone's ass
