Fantasy Nation Crossover Role Play

As per all multiverse crossover NRPs, how do you plan on balancing it without having it be limited or constrained in such a way which takes away from the feel of the nation?

Star Trek vs LOTR won't mesh well as would many fictional Nations. Westeros vs the NCR would be a curbstomp more or less. The Imperium of Man can basically kill anything in sheer numbers. The city in Attack on Titan will never hold against the likes of something like Empire of the Rising Sun. And the GRM would be powerless in the face of the Galactic Empire.

Onsite image hosting

Just an idea I had. You know how you make an RP or post a picture in a thread only for people being unable to see it? I was thinking that instead of having BBCode that would display picutres from other sites, there would be an onsite image uploading where as long as you can get on to RPGuild, you'll be able to see it. So it won't matter if a certain site is buggy or you're on a computer that won't allow you to see stuff (fuck firewalls and that stuff), everyone will be able to see the picture.

Zhang is generally a rather cold person. While not monotonous, he speaks in a constant apathetic voice, reflecting his equally as apathetic nature. He models himself after a dignified intellectual and sees social interaction as optional. That's not to say he doesn't know social skills or cues, he just choices to ignore them since he can't be bothered by following them. Due to lack of social interactions, he is prone to being seen as mysterious or ominous. Again his apathy towards his social standing does not help him as he appears to be one of those stoic, snarky individuals who couldn't care less about others.

His morality is also a very questionable, following a throughly Machiavellian philosophy

WotW aliens have the solar-insta-vaporization-laser gun.
My question is how would they be inferior if they're from space? They clearly would have FTL or some other method of space travel. They would have weaponry and technology not affected by the fallout or any post-apoc things. Lasers, computers, engines, etc.; they would have a huge advantage over everyone else as everyone else is basically jury-rigging old stuff or trying to forge new stuff. Even the bunker people would have a disadvantage since they'd be stuck with whatever they got when put into the vault which would certainly be less advanced than what aliens could bring.
You said yourself that they were "planing for major conquest" and you already have nuclear capabilities, you don't need to add even more things that could give you an even greater advantage than what you already have.

I'm not a big fan of it.
Outside the fact it is a rather out there idea which doesn't fit to well, it again advances your nation even further, with at least basic knowledge of space travel and whatever else the Martians might know.
