@Hans von LekAn idea for Japan, why not call their secret ministry thing the "Office of National Intelligence" (ONI)? It could be that Japan is trying for their own super soldier through science and maybe Shinto magics, just with a more kaiju/Godzilla/youkai/demonic twist or something. ONI would fit this wonderfully I feel since the word "oni" in Japanese means something like "demon" or "monster".

Also, of course I'm stalking all your posts, its not like I didn't happen to see this on the front page after scrolling down for less than a second. Its not because RPGuild makes a direct link to the most recent post on a thread from its front page. Yup, I'm stalking you completely. And its has nothing to do with the fact that I wander around multiple boards and threads when I'm bored, nope, I'm just being a creeper going after you.
