Fei!! :D

Also quit nibbling on men hair! ><
@HeySeussI was just wondering if I could make a orc with a flaming hammer or an insane resistance to fire.

That said, I think I just came up with another idea of a human-raised orc whose trying to be a knightly figure with limited amounts of success. Would something like that be possible? Might be interesting to do an orc with a more human approach to things. Also orcish chivalry must be something amazingly hilarious now that I think about it some more.

You need rare bakugan. You can get these by beating other nerds at Beyblade. After that just whip your Metabot out and feed your newly acquired bakugan through it until it's made you a new Monster Rancher game. Ranch 'em all and then you'll be in with the cool Yu-gi-oh! crowd. Mug them and take their cards. Have I successfully mentioned all the hip and popular nineties collectables yet?

You forgot these motherfuckers.

These things were dope man, they were da shitez.
I prefer tacoing.

@Masaki HarunaOut of curiousity, what would Anderson be? Normal or Mage? I know Jack is definitely a triangle Esper.
Possibly interested, would a flaming orc be okay?

More like an Orc miner who had an unfortunate encounter with some very stubborn magical fire that managed to get into his system, thus making him glow and his eyes be on fire, small diff. Maybe something about fire as well.
Imperial Republic of Fuso

"Only in Death does Service End."
~ Fusan Military Saying

Spring 1911

While the Imperial Fusan Navy is considered to be one of the strongest if not the strongest naval forces in the world, its ground based counterpart, the Dai-Fuso Teikoku Rikugun (Imperial Fusan Army), is generally seen as not quite up to par with the navy in modest, polite terms. However, the IFA and land forces has a much more regal and distinguished legacy in Fusan history. If not a much more bloody one. The roots of the Imperial Army lays in the Seisen Jidai, also known as the 100 year war in which the nation tore itself apart.

In the olden times, Fuso's power was divided between the Emperor's divine head of state and the Shogun who controlled military might of the nation and. The Shogun at the time, Shogun Daikurai Minamato, had his men attempt to assassinate the then Emperor Anatoiji Youmeru in a bid to seize all power for himself. Due to a betrayal by Hakatori Numebe, one of his generals, the Emperor was warned and managed to escape the attempt on his life. Almost immediately, the various clans and daimyos declared their allegiance to either the Emperor or the Shogun and full scale civil war broke out. Hundreds would die in the first few months of fighting, soon causalities were rising into the thousands as the samurai warriors were running low on numbers and peasants were drafted into both armies to fight.

Battles raged across the lands, people died by the masses, clans rose and fell like the growing and harvesting of wheat but war persisted. It seemed like that the flames of death and destruction would last generations but it was not the case as slowly and surely, the Shogunate forces pushed back the Emperor's men to their last few cities. Desperate and beaten, it seemed the the last member of the Imperial family, the young Prince Shitatasu Honji would be the last of his line.

But then, help came from the distant horizon with great ships from a strange land bearing new, deadly technology from the west. At the request of his advisors, Prince Honji allowed these foreigners into what little lands he still controlled. These foreigners would then share something incredible with the young heir, firearms; the black powder-fed dragons of death which would send an iron hail through the armor of any warrior. It was exactly what the Imperial forced needed. Armed with these new modern weapons, Prince Honji would lead his troops against the treacherous Shogunate forces, dealing deadly blows to his forces. Within a few years, Fuso was once again reunited under the banner of the most divine Emperor who would allow the westerners that save him and his people to walk and trade freely amongst his lands; with limits of course.

The modern IFA has seen only very limited action outside of training, most of the military budget of Fuso going towards the prestigious Imperial Navy. Their equipment is old, the primary rifle still being the M1898 Type 4 Service Rifle, a firearm based on older Archonan rifles adapted and modified for use over a decade ago. The reasoning behind the use of such old rifles is both a lack of budget for upgrades, no suitable replacement in the eyes of the higher up and pure stubbornness. It should also be noted that something of a rivalry is set between that of the IFA and the IFN.

Yuki no Shingun, a popular IFA march/military song

Regardless of weaponry, Fuso boasts claims of having the most zealous and dedicated of troops who fight on behest of the Emperor himself as well as the best close quarter combat capabilities per soldier; the lack of long range fire power seemingly combated (in theory) by discipline and close range engagements. The bayonet used by the men of the IFA are long, almost like short swords and able to turn their rifles into spears if need be with many an officers carrying their own swords or katanas. Where as some drill sergeants may send their troops to additional firing practice or running exercises, Fusan officers are just as likely to send their soldiers to close quarter combat training or bayonet practice. Such fierce melee prowess amongst Fusan troops translates well into terrifying charges and courageous acts of heroics. Enlisting in the army means that one will be tied to the military in some fashion for almost all of their lives, wether it be in active service, reserve or support/administrative roles; being in the army also boasts several social benefits as well such as certain discounts and tax breaks. In short, while Fusan troops may lack the most modern armaments, their discipline and deadly close quarter combat training certainly makes them dangerous regardless, after all, "Service only ends in death."

Name:
Khaha na Ronn (or just Khaha)

Leaders:
Lord Yuetin Arrun

Location:

Population:
~850 people (Farming Village)

Background/History:
According to the tales of old, the progenitors of Khaha na Ronn were lead east by a woman remembered only as "the Greater". The winds whisper various names with the most common wisps saying that the Greater's name was Ronn or Khaha, but such are mere whispers who cannot agree even amongst themselves. Some even dare think that perhaps she was of Hemquat royality. What is known is that the Greater had brought together many a people who migrated east after their numbers were whittled down. Days passed into months, months passed into years but finally the migration was at its end. The heavens had told the Greater and her followers that once they found a white tree with a black bird in it struck by lighting, they would have found their new home and now they had.

Trees were cut down, dirt was dug and soil was tiled as the people began to settle down. Huntsmen, foragers and fishermen would bring in food as the crops sprouted from the farmlands that grew and grew into the ever distant horizon. Hovels became huts as wood and clay were offered as sacrifice to build the village up. Dialects and slang picked up and formed from the Great Journey had formed a new offshoot language of Hemquat called "Woqitang". And the Greater watched over it all as she began to age and her health started to decline; she might have been a robust, lively young woman when she lead the Great Journey but time and nature had taken her toll on her. Her closest friends and followers knew her life was at its end but the Greater refused to acknowledge it until one day, she disappeared from her home and the village.

A frantic search began as woodsmen and peasants tried to track down their leader but she was no where to be found. It was then that one of her followers claimed that the Heavens had taken her to be their queen after she lead them so well. The Greater was then enshrined as an eternal goddess of life who had become the "Lady of the Heavens", named "Horuei". A leader in life, the Greater was now a pantheon in death.

Under her watchful eye high in the sky, the village continued to grow. It saw bountiful bumper harvests and joyous celebration as well terrible storms and great tragedy. But of all their hardships, one nomadic tribe in particular had caused the people of Khaha na Ronn the most suffering, the Yomkep. At first it was simple skirmishes and threats, then it escalated as women were captured and men were killed. Local hunters would form the first militia soldiers to try and fend off against the Yomkep but they were given little respect from much of the populace and leadership who saw the Yomkep as nothing but a small thorn in the side of their growing community. But even thorns can be deadly.

One night, while all was asleep, the Yomkep came in force. Massed waves of raiders came out of the forests and over the hills, killing and burning everything in sight. What small and meager resistance that the understaffed and under equipped militia could produce was crushed under the tide of marauding reavers. Come dawn, people buried themselves out of the ashes of their homes and set their sights against the Yomkep, flames of revenge in each of their hearts.

As the village rebuilt, an army was raised and given the best that Khaha na Ronn could provide them. Years would pass until the Yomkep would return, but the people would not stand idle during that time. When the Yomkep nomads came back to their homes, the Khahans fought back with a vengeful fury which would send them running off into the distance, being taught a lesson that the Khahans were no longer just push overs.

Since that time, Khaha na Ronn has expanded and flourished, their farmlands producing food for a growing population as they claim more forest lands and more river banks for their own. Over the years, a central citadel was built up as the defacto administration area where the Lord would rule over all with the help of his advisors. Woqitang was written down and given a proper system of writing for the first time and taught to nobles and scholars as well as their sons. Farms became increasingly varied as different types of crops were experimented with and even those not meant as food were planted to make rope and linen.

And from her throne in heaven, surrounded by the many new gods, goddess, deities and heroes, Hourei the Greater, the Queen of Heavens looked down and smiled at her work, proud at what her beloved village and people had become.
