I hate to say it, but I'm actually drawing a complete blank on what else to write so in favor of not taking up a spot, I'm going to be dropping this for someone else with a better NS to join instead, sorry.

I think I can frontline pretty well. Right now I've got a +3 to con and 16 AC with 26 HP. Just trying to figure out how to upload the damn thing.
I know I saw Warlord is sort of like a secular Paladin, but they don't deal nearly as much damage since they lack spell casting and SMITE. Make up for it by giving temp HP, advantage and allow out of turn movement as well as giving up their own action to give someone else another action.
Also to make this easier on myself, my character is going to be a V Human named Wisher. An amnesiac whose forgotten pretty much everything (and why he doesn't know anything about what would otherwise be his home) and all he had was a piece of a banner and a heavily smudged note that began with "I wish" and the rest is illegible.

O L D G L O R Y
Long ago, before the world burned and when magic was alive, there was a great empire that stretched from sea to shining sea. A land of ten thousand tongues that were made into one, whose people came from horizons beyond to find a new life and whose triumph still stands eternal: America. Although it has long since fractured into countless petty fiefdoms, warlords and noble houses, all still remember its eternal glory and whose ruins still stand even more magnificent than any modern construction.
And its said some of those ruins still house relics of the old world...
Synopsis
This RP is a straightforward dungeon diving expedition, not unlike what you might find in a D&D game. PCs are tasked with going to an ancient old world ruin, fighting for the treasure inside and then returning with said treasure. If you want additional background and also visualizations of the style I'm aiming for, take a look at the Int Check.
The story I am planning so far is for everyone to meet up in an area (ie Tavern), brave the wilderness and local lords to get to the ruin, going through the ruins to get their treasure and then going back to get some rewards. Details such as final location is still TBD.
Character Creation
Characters should be more grounded than full on parody. If you have any more questions let me know!

@Liotrent I have a question, are we playing as the actual empires or their colonies on the map above? I am a little confused by the wording.
