ᴘᴇʀsᴏɴᴀʟɪᴛʏSuji is warm and energetic and always seem to have a positive mindset to life, no matter how dire how living circumstances can get, which makes her highly likeable and a delight to be with. She has a good sense of humour, and is not above laughing at herself or making a joke at her own expense to make others feel better. She doesn't judge others, and simply accepts you for who you are. If you don't want to talk about your past, she won't pry, but if you need someone to talk to, she'll be willing to listen.
Being patient, especially with her friends is something that most people appreciate, and she is rarely ever the type to rush or hurry people, unless she absolutely needs to. She is very much an adrenaline junkie, and feeding off the excitement and euphoria is just one of the many reasons she love racing. However, she isn't happy that the gang takes majority of her earnings, and quite sick of it, although she is smart enough not to voice that out. She knows that her life would be more miserable than ever before, so she tries to keep that thought buried deep down, though she longs to be rid of the gang life.
ʙᴀᴄᴋɢʀᴏᴜɴᴅSuji was born in the lower tier of the city to a racer father and a mechanic mother. Both her parents worked at the Track and her mother was usually responsible for fixing her husband's racing vehicle. Both of them were for Jin, and they were just one of the many racers that were sponsored by Jin. In return for sponsoring them and giving them a chance to work somewhere other than the manufacturing ring when jobs were difficult to get, most of the earnings and bets received all went to Jin and his gang, while he took back slightly less than half of what he was supposed to get for his family. It wasn't surprising when Suji was born, that she would join her parents in the track when she was old enough to. Spending plenty of time around her mother, she soon learnt that she was just as mechanically adept as her mother, and spent plenty of time working on repairs and taking apart and putting back discarded engine parts from abandoned racer vehicles. When her father introduced racing to her when she grew old enough to drive, she felt her world change.
The adrenaline rushes she experienced during the races were euphoric to the young lass and she felt totally ecstatic whenever she stepped into the seat of a racing car. Her talent with racing only began to develop further as she grew, and her natural gift with racing did not go unnoticed by Jin and the gang. She was considered to be their ace, and victory after victory saw her earning Jin more money that he could count, which still left her a tidy sum after most of it went into the gang's pockets. She was popular with the public, especially those that were fan of the races, and the bets that were placed on her every race raked up quite the sum. After spending several years racing and earning Jin all that money, she was starting to get tired of not getting the entirety of what she supposed to get from her victories. She confronted Jin about wanting to leave the gang, but the man wasn't going to lose one of his biggest money earners.
Her parents were now approaching their aged years, and her father was retired from racing after his daughter ended up showing more promise than him. The both of them continued to work on her racing car, being the main mechanics in charge of keeping it in shape. After a sabotage attempt by one of the other gangs, disgruntled with her victories, an explosion took the lives of both of her parents and everyone else in the workshop that day. The desire to quit there and then had never been stronger, and Jin rounded up the culprits and killed them in front of her, offering her a chance of possible freedom to move to the middle tier if continued to work for him until she earned him a five million dollars. Already half way there, she begrudgingly agreed. It was not like she had a choice anyway.
