Abilities: Master marksman with rifles, small handguns, and throwing projectiles. Excellent agility, reflexes, sight of hand, Expert in hand to hand combat.
Faults: Very poor social skills, not much of a people person. Fears being manipulated, does not like to being controlled. Kieran has no issues with being given orders when being paid, but he believes he has enough world experience to know when he is being played into a death trap or when he is being used in a way that will bring him down. Daily suicide missions he can handle, even excel at, but only because they were not missions directly designed by anothers will with the sole purpose of ending his existence. This, Kieran does not tolerate.
Power: Kieran has the ability of control over dark matter, although control is a relatively weak term. When he tries to access his power it tends to blow up in his face. Sometimes literally, sometimes literally in other peoples faces. Dark Matter, or black matter, is the opposite of matter, the yang to the ying, the opposite of creation. For this reason Kieran does not use his power often. He does not have the space or time to practice, and will only use it as a trump card if cornered and the only other immediate option is death.
Personality: Kieran is basically a sarcastic little shit. He doesn't always speak his thoughts, but you can be sure inside his head is a storm of sarcasm the world has never seen before. He prefers actions over words, but a nice small verbal sarcasm joust is never lost on him. Kieran believes strongly in free will, and the only exception he makes with his work ethic is when he uncovers enslavement. Normally Kieran is indifferent to most things except when it comes to slavery or anything related to that. Kieran becomes very upset at that.
History: Kieran's mother died giving birth to him. She fell very ill late into her pregnancy, and the final effort into giving Kieran life drained her of hers. The doctors insisted on keeping Kieran at the hospital for awhile, to monitor his vitals to make sure he wasnt sick. Little did Kierans father and older brother know, that it was uncovered that Kieran was randomly selected by a very wealthy man to become his new property, in the appropriate way. The doctors told Kierans family that he died days later, falling ill and not recovering. In reality he was secreted away by paid off doctors and given to the wealthy business man. For the next ten years every day was spent in training Kieran in different subjects. After ten years Kieran was given his first test, to kill a man in cold blood. Kieran did so without blinking, thinking that his father had his best interests at heart. This went on for years, testing him over and over, then training him in something else. But at age sixteen Kieran was betrayed. It seemed his fake father tried selling him to a war torn country warlord. Kieran was furious, thinking how could his father do such a thing to him. He did everything his father instructed, never disobeyed, and was still sold off like some....thing. Kieran killed his guards, killed the warlord, and made his way back to the states to take revenge. When he infiltrated his old home he took it upon himself to first look through the forbidden rooms of the home, which was most of them, for resources he could take after he left. In doing so he found his fathers study, and documents and records indicating the situation of his birth. Finding out he was bought and stolen, Kieran became enraged. Kieran flew into a frenzy, slaying everyone in the manor saving his fake father for last. He took his time, causing so much pain but not letting the man die. Not yet. It took hours for the screaming to stop. At this point Kieran goes off the grid, resurfacing every now again to let his legend grow in the intelligence community.
