Ok. We'll go with that. I just wanted a solid yes/no before I get started on my history section. I'm hoping to have my sheet up tonight, but as I have plans... What happens happens I guess. =P

Hmm... Well a war between our two countries 20-30 years ago could have been part of what helped my fascists come into power. The short (and not fully in stone) history of my country is that the Humanity United (name subject to change) party started to rise in power around 30 years ago. This was, in part, in response to the crown granting xenos some rights, including partial citizenship. Around 10-20 years ago Humanity United had essentially taken control of the government away from the crown. Things have been going downhill from there as they have tried to spread their influence throughout the military and various planetary/system governments with varying degrees of success.

Say, do any of you guys want to be the target of a failed Enlightened invasion 20 or 30 years before the start of the game?

Well, the whole purpose of the State is helping all life achieve Enlightenment. It would be so much easier to pick a faction to support that shares our goals. But I guess we will have to make do with the Fascists :p

One side will be human-centric fascists and the other a collection of constitutionalists, royalists, seperatists, etc, etc.

Awesome. I honestly don't know what I'll be doing. Just saw the concept and a bunch of familiar names and knew I wanted to jump in. Recently I've been toying with the idea of a largish country in the midst of a civil war, but I'll sit on the idea for at least a night and see if I still like the idea after reading the current sheets and sleeping on it.
