Unless you love kids a little too much, then a prison sentence is what can be done about it.

I'm still pondering whether or not I should put up a response post to yours @thedman, or wait until Sep puts up his post where the Daedalus delegation is beamed aboard and reply to both then.
I can be, but at the moment it isn't strictly necessary given how Evildedds post plays out.

@Eviledd1984

"Help?" He scoffed, halting and redirecting some more of the arrows back to their senders. "I do not need your help lizard. I am perfectly capable of dealing with these Daedra myself, but if you want to run out into the open and draw some of their fire..." He unwrapped his other arm from around Zazar's waist before focusing fully on spellcasting. "Then I won't stop you." Turning away from the Argonian, Kalon channeled some more magicka into his shields just to make sure they didn't give out on him midway through the fight, before readying a Shocking Burst spell in his free hand which he proceeded to cast off into the woods. It took a couple of seconds, but soon the screams of their attackers were ringing out from the surrounding foliage as the smell of burning flesh slowly wafted through the area.

Halting and reflecting even more of the arrows, Kalon began launching the shock spell he'd readied at the woods once again, methodically taking down one Daedra after the next.
I'll see about getting up a post later sometime. Maybe mention Valtrix taking notice of the ship in passing though as the delegations arrive onboard.

Rayner let out a small tsk as he quickly sketched a simple yet highly recognizable symbol used by a local gang in order to cover his steps by making it seem like just another turf killing or dispute. Tucking the paper into the mans coat pocket, Rayner searched his corpse and took whatever cash he could find, along with what was left in his wallet as well just to make it seem even more convincing. Slowly standing up to his full height as he quickly cleaned his butterfly knife with a napkin he had stowed away in his pocket, Rayner's mind drifted back over the fight itself. He originally thought that both the stalking and the take down of his chosen target would have been more difficult given his innate powers, the ability to shift one's perception away from himself to the point of being able to slip by completely unnoticed by most people, and the man's seeming paranoia; but it had actually been much easier than he had first thought. All it had taken was staying out of sight long enough until he got into range and maintaining his focus.

From there it was a simple matter of wrapping a gloved hand around his mouth to silence any screams he might release, as well as to get a better grip, and then running the blade across his throat. Severing his cordic arteries and causing blood to gush from his neck like water from a fountain on everything in his immediate vicinity. Or at least everything he was facing anyway. Once that was done with, the powers faint and almost completely faded tones were released into his mind, allowing Rayner to see exactly how it functioned at its most base levels. All that had been left to do was plant some evidence framing one of the local gangs for the crime, that way the local law enforcement didn't ask too many questions or dig too deeply into the matter.

And so he found himself standing here, staring down at the corpse that had once been a living, breathing, human being. Back before he began his crusade, Rayner might have felt some small pang of guilt or remorse at his actions, but as it stood now, he didn't have the time nor the mental energy to waste on such things. Wasting life like this, especially life that could have been used for other, more productive things, wasn't something he liked doing. But he needed powers to reshape this fallen world. And he wouldn't be able to do that without causing some casualties. It was simply a fact of life.

Hopefully though, when he was all done, no one would ever have to experience such suffering like this again. Spinning the blade in his hand until it returned to its default closed position, he tucked it back into his coat pocket and turned away from the lifeless body, and tucking his hands back into his pockets, Rayner turned away from the corpse before striding off down the alley. Once he was a relatively safe distance away from the scene of his crime, he removed the mask he was wearing and hooked it onto one of his belt loops as he nonchalantly walked down the street and off into the night, which was still blissfully unaware of the atrocity that had just been committed.

@Sep & @thedman
{{Location - Renatus Docking Bay & Bridge | Galactic Sector - Unknown}}

Valtrix let out a sigh as he heard the Daedalus message. Couldn't they have sent it earlier, back when he was still in the primary bridge?! Why wait until now to finally respond to his call for a meeting? Now he had to trek all the way back to the teleporter and then to the main bridge before reassuming control of the ship long enough to drop his shields so the delegation they were sending could beam aboard his ship, most likely via a short or long range teleporter. Letting out an annoyed sigh, the Lantean captain slowly turned round and began to make his way back to the control chair. After a couple of minutes of walking, followed by a brief teleport, Ornus eventually arrived at the bridge. Moving over to the control chair and taking a seat in it, Valtrix took control of the ships comms and shields. Re-establishing contact with the Daedalus, he sent another hail to the captain of the craft.

"Captain Caldwell, I will momentarily drop the shields to my ship, as I'm still not entirely sure of the intentions of the other craft in this area, but it should be more than enough time for you to beam your delegation onboard. As for the location of the meeting, I ask that you send them here to the primary bridge. Best place for a meeting I can think of, as well as the safest. And as for your delegation Broodmother Ikani, once onboard I ask that you and those with you also head towards the main bridge. Do not worry about navigation. I will guide you to my location." He said, taking control of the ships shielding system. Sending out a mental command, Valtrix briefly deactivated the ships shield generators, causing the transparent bubble surrounding the large craft to pulse a dim brownish green before finally shutting off, leaving the Renatus's hull vulnerable to attack as well as long range teleport from the surrounding craft.

Hopefully everyone here would continue to operate in good faith and avoid firing upon his ship.
I'll start working on a post. Hopefully I get it up sometime today.
~ALASTOR~

Alastor nodded at the mans words, feigning compliance. In truth, the Laizu had no intention of sticking around here for very long. Waiting until the man left, Alastor began sending some of his own chaotic energy into his physical form in order to speed up his healing process before sitting upright and using his newfound strength to take off the plaster material covering his arm. Or the "cast" as the doctor had called it. From there he went about unwrapping the various bandages he was covered in, before pulling the needle out of his arm and removing all the other things the humans had stuck to his fingers, other limbs, and chest. Silently sliding out of the bed, Alastor moved over to the waist high window over to his left and began working on opening it. After a couple of seconds, he finally found the mechanism with which to operate it. Popping the latch, he quietly slid the window open and climbed outside, making sure to shut it once he was all the way through. It was always wise to cover your tracks. Especially when suddenly disappearing would mean someone coming to look for you, as it seemed here.

After all, he doubted that the doctor was supposed to lose those he looked after here.

Landing on the somewhat prickly and warm grass, Alastor gave a quick glance to his surroundings before looking down at himself, or rather his physical form, which was still clad in that horrendous blue sheet that he had been given. A sheet which, if the wind he felt on his posterior was any sign, was completely open in the back.

"Hmph. These humans sense of clothing is appalling. I shall have to find something to wear that is more befitting of my status. And it would help with avoiding detection as well. After all, if anyone comes looking for me, they'll be expecting me to be wearing this. New clothes could also help me conceal my face better as well." Alastor mused as he looked around for a place to begin his search, until his eyes finally fell upon a baby blue sign that read "Thompsons Victorian Clothing Emporium". Smiling to himself, Alastor began his trek to the shop, his bare feet making soft scrunching sounds in the grass as he went.

Silas rubbed his gloved hands together briefly to help keep them from freezing in the cold night air as he reached into his coat pocket and pulled out a cigarette. Placing it between his lips, he pulled out a blue plastic lighter, ignited it, and held it up to the small white stick of nicotine until the end flared bright orange in the darkness. Taking a long draw from it, Silas leaned against the grocery store's brick supports, which were painted a bright yellow color that had since grown faded and dirty with the passage of time, before placing the lighter back into his coat pocket and mulling over what he should do with the large amount of funds he had, acquired, from that bank back in central Flatbush a couple hours ago. He knew most people would have gone on a spending spree, blowing the cash on pointless things that they didn't even need like the idiots they were, which would eventually lead to their capture by law enforcement. Whereas he would simply keep the money to himself, spending it only on what he needed and small luxuries until he got enough to afford a place outside of this shitty neighborhood.

Once that was done he could finally rest easy.

Exhaling a small cloud of white smoke into the air, Silas checked his watch. It was 6:10 PM. More than late enough for him to begin his long trek back to the small rundown one story tenement that served as his home for the time being. Taking one last draw from the cigarette, Silas let out another puff of smoke, this time from his nostrils, and tossed it onto the ground before putting it out with the heel of his shoe. Stuffing his hands back into his coat pockets, Silas gave the surrounding area one last look before pushing himself off of the store wall and striding off down the street, deeper into the night.

All the while blissfully unaware of the hooded figure silently observing him from a dark alleyway nearby.

I'll see about getting a post up sometime tomorrow. Been writing in some other things, and my motivation has been drained quite a bit.
