That's a LAV-25 Coyote. We actually manufacture the LAVs the USMC uses, like the Striker. The Iltis is a fun little jeep, but there's a reason they hastily retired them in Afghanistan. Turns out they don't like IEDs very much.

I knew I should have given Teruk full platemail. I just knew it.

Teruk's a Forest/Shadow mage with high mobility, like in the last game. Being a Deku means he shouldn't be taking hits at all if he can help it, otherwise terribad things happen on account of him being a midget that probably weighs twice as much as my army boots.

It's too bad I couldn't use my Darknut character for this. He rather hates magic since he's utterly defenseless against it. And knee-deep water. And lightning.

I think the average age for a dunmer is usually around 250 years old.

I just tend to hide in my house during the whole thing :). Obviously since I live in Ireland everyone's (and I mean everyone) celebrating. At least it actuality means something here.

Over here, it's pretty much pretend you're a semi-offensive walking cartiture of an Irish person while staunchly playing up the fact your great grandparents immigrated to Canada so you're totally Irish, too.

Actually, people here in general put a lot of pride in identifying as their ancestral nationality for some stupid reason. It's usually like, "Oh, I'm totally German even though my family moved here when Germany was called Prussia and electricity wasn't a thing. So proud, Ich bin Deutschelander!" Then you end up seeing more flags during FIFA in some towns than you do on Canada Day, because apparently identifying with some long past ancestry during a shitty sporting event is more important than taking pride in your actual nationality.

I swear, back when I was in high school, EVERYONE overplayed their Irish descent. It was kind of sad.

As for the topic of what would have happened if the whole aurora thing never happened, a few characters have definitely mused about it in this game and the last. Zaveed in particular has no illusions that his profession would have brought in a lot of potential to have run ins with assassins like Sevari and Semedar, like Soul mentioned. In a way he's glad things turned out as they did because Sevari is one of the very few people Zaveed counts as a friend and Semedar was briefly his lover before she left to buy the group more time to stop the Emperor.

Marassa, for the most part, is aloof to the whole thing. She isn't close to anyone but Sevari and things likely would have played out in a similar fashion, regardless of the auroras. She hasn't done much to provoke elements that would cause characters to be her own antagonists.
