@The One Okay, so, two things...
First: I feel like I want more detail into your black magic abilities. What specifically can you do? Having the power how it is now is incredibly vague and gives you a lot of leeway to change what you can do as you see fit. Look at the other Gifted's powers if you need examples.
Second: I'd prefer our players be just getting their powers in-RP - think of the first IC day as a bit of an "origin story" for us. And without the paranormal entity being involved in your origin story, it's really just cut down to one or two sentences. Think about some things - is there a particular reason why their world view is different? What was their life like growing up?
With that, you'll also need a less...Spectacular outfit, as starting out you're just gonna be an ordinary college student.
When you get those covered, you'll probably be good to go.
EDIT: I noticed also that your Skills section is as un-descriptive as your Powers section. You're going to need to elaborate on that as well.
