Per Mihndar's Brazil: I had to talk to Vilage and company to figure out what to do. Firstly is the SAC as it stands. It was downgraded to and should remain a system of loosely tying and integrated economic connections between the regional states. It doesn't - or shouldn't - extend to military cooperation. At least not for the foreseeable future. Argentina too is proactively pro-Spain as per Tempest. Although Tempest disappeared he did manage to come up with some things for he and Googer to run over the course of the RP so they will remain that. As per diplomatic ties to Ethiopia and Poland we agreed that Brazil shouldn't have the power or ability to project themselves into Africa, Eastern Europe, or the Caucus. Brazil now shouldn't have the access to loans like they did in the forties to actively deploy troops to the European theater as they did. They're on their own in the region. What they can do however is send in volunteer brigades: simply weakly trained soldiers with second hand gear or what they can pick up from home and going off into conflict for ideological reasons. But these individuals wouldn't be anything more than militia tier. In a narrative aspect they'd exist mostly to allow you to write and explore an aspect of conflict, but wouldn't carry Brazilian interests. Some points in your app could do with some expanding to make me comfortable. Also jets are ded.

That you may, but I have a question to ask. Are the lot of you friends on steam/skype/any other messaging system? If you are, it explains why this is a little different than most OOCs, and that's okay. I hope you don't take the lack of OOC activity as a sign of rot, as I check this multiple times every day. I could probably throw up another post, but I wouldn't be sure where to take it. Collaboration, perhaps?

The lot of us communication a lot through Steam. But there's surprisingly little RP talk there. When I last brought it up it was last concluded that right now most of us are trying to get our footing in this world to see what sort of ideas come to us that'll perpetuate themselves throughout the RP.
