This is actually strangely entertaining. What game are they using?
Pro Evolution Soccer 2015 (I think it's 2015, or it's 2014).
Heavily modded of course. Unique kits, unique blender models, and custom stadiums. Goal horns are lined up off-screen for Boris to launch when relevant.
Matches are played by the AI only with the only player interfacing being to give coaching orders and swap out players. Boris (the main commentator) manages this as well by taking orders from each team's managers.
