Darker Than Black

The Gates. No one’s sure exactly what happened- Tokyo was being evacuated, the military was everywhere- It was bad. But suddenly, it stopped. Something happened at the site of the gate, but no one’s sure what it was. And life went back to normal. The existence of people with powers- Contractors- became known, as did the existence of the soulless creatures called dolls.
And so, life goes on. But rumors are starting- Something about an organization that’s hunting contractors. It’s not the CIA, FBI, Russians, not even that mysterious ‘Syndicate’ we’ve been hearing about lately, in those Kirihara cases. But anyway, I guess life’s just goin’ on as usual. but now people are more aware of Contractors, and the organization that lurks in the shadows…

Overview

Welcome to this Darker Than Black RP! Basically, this takes place after the first season, but prior to the Gemini of the Meteor. Hei and Yin are out of the city, Mao and Huang are… Shall we say, indisposed, to avoid spoilers? This is based on an original idea of a group of humans hunting the contractors. Your characters can be contractors or humans, and if you want, shoot me a PM and we can have a conversation about your character being involved with the people who hunt contractors.

Rules

-Arguing with the GM is punishable by dea- I mean, frowned upon.
-Powerplaying and godmodding is also a no no.
-Try to keep your characters within Tokyo.
-YOUR CONTRACTORS WILL NOT HAVE THIER CONTRACTS FULLY PAID. They can fully pay them off in RP, however.
-No Mary Sues or Gary Stus.
-Available races are Human, Contractor, Moratorium, and Regressor. Dolls can be created, but only as a second character.
-You can have up to two characters of the main races, but you can have four if two of them are dolls. 
-Yes, you do need to fill out the personality section if you have a contractor. They mentioned in the first episode that contractors do have personalities. 
-No canon characters.
-Write Hei’s messier code number in the ‘Notes’ section of the sheet if you’ve read this. (Hint: It’s very similar to his room number in season 1.)
-If you go missing for any period longer than a week without notifying me, your character will be either taken control of by me, or killed in a way that is either hilarious, dramatic, or a combination of the two.
- The better your sheet is, the more powerful I will allow your character to be. If you write like a six year old and want the ability to have a touch of death, that’s a no-no.
