Aurellius clapped slowly and methodically as Diamond finished her little show of skill, descending to the table more akin to some sort of goddess rather than a teenage delinquent. He stopped clapping as she sat down to her seat, rather amused. "You know, that could come in pretty handy. Ever thought of performing a magician's show? I'd volunteer for the cutting a person in half." "I'm still trying to make the shadows last when I let go, then it would be perfect. No luck thus far. But yeah, it is pretty useful. And save for walking on air it isn't even too tiring." Diamond shrugged, "You've got a deal on that magic trick whenever you make me mad." she grinned. A chuckle was elicited from the man as he caught wind of whatever the other two at their table had been talking about. Something about their own semblances. He had no clue why the girl had joined their table, but he shrugged, letting Diamond speak to them for a few moments. He began his own little show as Sapphire graced the presences of a few other students near their table. He snapped the plastic fork in half, grinning. "Now, about my power? Well, before I show you, I'm gonna say it'll be a little gross, so if you can't handle it, what are you even doing fighting Grimm in the first place?" The bandages covering his hand slowly became unwrapped, exposing the wound, still oozing slightly beneath. The cut had been stitched up rather quickly, but expertly by the local nurse. "This is probably gonna result in me getting an infection and a lecture from a doc, but I don't really care," he said as he began to dig his other hand into the wound, showing no signs of discomfort as he pulled the sutures, ripping them rather forcefully. "Oh, and I'll need to borrow that kerchief of yours." Relieved of its stitches, the cut was deep and bleeding slightly, exposing the layers of fat and muscle and bone beneath as Aurellius grinned profusely. "Well? Wanna cap a feel? I won't blush." She watched with wonder and then some disgust as Aurelius dug into his wound. The girl was so very glad she already finished her lunch. It was OK to cleave a grimm in half. That happened fast, and it wasn't human. But Diamond could never quite stomach any scene from a surgery or something like that when it was on TV, let alone right in front of her eyes. "Ack, I would have believed you! Probably..." she shook her head, pressing the hanky on his hand. She reached under her hat and pulled a roll of sticking plaster from under it and summoned a knife with her semblance. Cutting a few butterfly stitches from it, she got to work on his wound. "Go get that fixed again, Stupid." He waved the other hand with a sigh. "Its only my hand. I promise not to do such a thing if my entire ribcage is blown out," he said as the pain slowly returned, becomming much stronger than it had before. He winced as she applied medical aid from that bottomless hat of hers. "Y'know, I could probably rip my own arm off if I was motivated enough."
Forsythe, I've gone ahead and added my portion of the post to the Titanpad, if ye could respond to it, that'd be groot.
Oi, Forsythe, if I were to go into explanation of my NEW SEMBLANCE, I'd require your assistance on a collaborative post. Would ye like to meet there? A VOLUNTEER FOR A MAGICIAN'S SHOW.
Raisin cookies instead of chocolate chip.
Aurellius' eyes widened a bit as the tendrils of shadow wrapped around his neck, taking away his ability to breath. He ignored it, letting himself stay calm while his lungs cried out slightly in protest. He inhaled a bit of fresh air once she let go, frowning slightly. "You know, Diamond. I was going to buy extras. For the team. You know, being nice and all. Buuut, I don't really take kindly to weird shadows trying to steal my precious oxygen." A stern glare was given at the girl, but it softened into a smile. "But with those puppy-dog eyes, I guess I could reconsider." He made a face of slight disgust. "And as you said, I also came here to take out Grimm. Sure, combat classes are fun and all, but that Jack character was just plain cheating." He stabbed the fork violently into the macaroni over and over again. "Too fast for even a Hunter, I tell you. You people and your manipulation of reality," he said as he waved his fingers in a spooky manner. He raised the fork up again, a bit curious. "What all can you do with those shadows? Other than trying to suffocate me to death, of course."
I pooped out a post, MODA. Well, probably excluding Marcus who is likely stranded in sick bay.
Aurellius looked up as their resident Oswald sat down at the table, of which he had only sat down because he had seen both Diamond and Marcus both sitting at. He flexed his bandaged right hand with a small grin as the pain served to clear his mind. Numbers, dates, and other various things had been clogging his noggin ever since the fight. That, and deeper thoughts of what it would've took to win the fight. In reality, if he had noticed the second dagger, he would've won in a heart beat. The bandaged hand barely bothered him in the slightest, and he somehow doubted two would've stopped him. All it would have taken was a quick headbutt to Jack's stupid face... A shake of his head brought his thoughts back to the lunch table. The food was... food. It had less quality than the cuisine he was used to, but he didn't really care all that much. "Hey, so....in class....how did you all know what the professors were talking about? That's... not stuff you guys learned, is it? Because... well... I never learned any of that," Aurellius heard as he stopped stabbing the macaroni with his fork, a bit surprised at the man being surprisingly open. "Never needed it, never heard of it," Diamond replied in kind. "The state really takes pathetic care for it's children." Aurellius chuckled, leaning backwards in his seat. He missed the heavy weight of Ascalon, having been forced to drop the weapon off at the Armory before his other classes. "You poor, poor unfortunates," he said with a heaping of fake concern added. "Well, I suppose its not all that bad. For the most part, I barely know physics. Now, get me in front of a 401k and I'm sure I can help you with that." He waved the fork, "And based on our battles, I'd say Oswald gets the promotion. Diamond, you got knocked out." He grinned slightly. "How's that head treating you, dear?"
Guys, I dunno if I can keep up. We're going too fast.
Aww man, but I've already written thirty-six chapters, a novel, and a substory based on Tanzanno's father. But I guess I can throw all that away.
Monster hunter 4 ultimate is amazing btw guys, so much damn fun x33 worth the wait.
I've always been an avid MH fan, but I never saw fit to purchase a 3DS. Fuck me, I guess.
