@KoL Fixed up Ravage NeuroFang a little, the delusion will not only change from person to person but also from time to time.
one could being hit one time and see the world in pink, and the second time would see his dead grandfather playing poker with him and the third time act like he is stoned or drunk.
also added a weakness to the toxins where the paralysis is effected by the amount of poison (and often with it the deepness of the wound), small wounds will be local, but if more poison is injected the effect will spread, meaning if you can avoid getting more poison injected then you can limit the effect, though the delusion would make fighting harder anyway but still.
(personally did this for the sake of fun stuff like drunk people walking in the way, but in fights this could proof a problem for Ravage)

But even rias is a princess
I cant say mich due to spoilers off course but i dont think you can be ultimate class just by stature
Rias is high class. The hair to the great king house is high class
Even riaser who is nearly unbeatable is just high class
Ultimate class is rare and only for those that defy logic i think

EDIT: What kind of piece would you feel Andreas have given him, seeing his powers it should be either 3 pawns at least (taking in his king status you were saying, meaning he is likely rather powerful and thus should have easier access to powerful pieces as due to his own powers he can take some peers with high value with pieces of natural lower value
(otherwise said, the pieces grow with the king, the more powerful the king, the less value is needed to reincarnate a powerful/ high value member)
if you think 3 is not enough however, then Rook or 5 pawns would be needed, or more pawns, your call

I was kinda thinking
gears dont use magic normally (unless stated otherwise)
physical attacks dont use magic

so he would only be immune to magic spells, meaning from my own group
Zeke and Meona, all the others use gears, plus it is also a downside, cause healing magic will also have no effect, so if runa would to heal him if he is too wounded for regeneration, she needs to mix her gear and magic to heal and that wont work
hecate, ophelia, runa when normal, yumi all can beat him with the right teamwork or smart use of their gears.
Stella can beat him with rook and dragon strength but her fire breathing is worthless.

when you think like that, would he still be OP?
if so I would easily lower it to resitance
