I know what supportive means but league of legends I know nothing about. XD
Well we can't all be badasses or it wouldn't apply. Besides my character isn't that combat savvy either
Probably most of the younger characters. Katherine included.
I love how you guys are working on character relations and such, it's cool! If anyone wants to work on something involving my character let me know, I'm open to much of anything. Well I finally got around to posting my intro, it turned out different than I expected. Much more mellow, less dramatic since the drama is in retrospect and not fully described.
The image forming in my head is so funny
Adam is awesome! Though everyone is kind of awesome in their own way. We have the badasses, the crazy jumpers etc.
I'll fetch my comb and be on my merry way tomorrow. AKA I will be posting then ^.^
Katherine was casually sipping from her hot chocolate at the kitchen table with one leg crossed over the other, her 3 inch heels dangling above the expensive marble floor. There was a thoughtful look in her eyes, her face placid. The complete opposite of her brother Deyan who was pacing back and forth nervously. He was a total wreck after the events of the emergence, when the stars returned for only one night. Deyan couldn't keep down anything, his beer still untouched in his hand. He was getting increasingly annoyed by the attitude of the youngest Petrov sibling.

"It's shocking to see how calm you're being about all of this" Deyan started, his voice shaking. His emotions were still reeling, he couldn't even sleep through the night. Katerina on the other hand had slept like a babe, always sure to catch her beauty sleep no matter the circumstances. The young woman put down her mug , giving her brother a reassuring look.
"We didn't do anything, he killed himself because he couldn't get what he wanted" She replied simply.
The cold calculating ways of his younger sister still amazed him at times. Things always seemed to work out in her favor and she always had a plan b to save their butts. He envied that about her. He was the brawn and she the brains.
"Besides" She said emptying the steaming contents of the barely touched mug into the sink. "You're not a shuvano, so no hunter will come looking for you"

Katherine knew her brother was worried for her safety. Ironic really because she'd spent a year in a foreign country with people who were in essence strangers, before he moved in with her. Even in Bulgaria, Katherine had always looked out for herself. She relied on her brother and loved him, he was family after all. But the only one she trusted to look after her was herself. So if any hunter would come looking for her, she would be ready.

She grabbed her lilac trench coat and started to button up the front. The color made her look much sweeter than she truly was, then again that was the image she was going for on campus. The pretty foreign girl with the funny accent. With her soft make up and wealth of brunette curls she looked anything but a witch. On her way to the door she stopped at her brothers side to gently squeeze his hand. A rare expression of kindness on her face, she looked into his troubled warm brown eyes, they had both inherited from their mother. "Please don't worry about me, we'll both be fine I promise" She said sincerely, in an attempt to reassure him. It wasn't without a purpose that she showed him this kindness. If he kept this up, people would start getting suspicious, they were already the source of gossip in the neighborhood. Katherine had done what she could to provide their neighbors with some "other distractions" to gossip about.

An affair here and there never failed to draw attention away from the Petrov siblings. Everyone was too busy scheming behinds the others back. The fact they were too proud to admit their regular visits to the neighborhood psychic aka Katherine didn't help their case much either. She claimed their spouses were cheating or attempting to in x number of days. These predictions then conveniently came true with the aid of a love spell or two.

When she sat on the bus on the way to the Anderson University campus, Katherine send Deyan a text.
Make sure you are out of there before he gets home. I made you some shopska, I left it in the fridge so don't forget to take it out before you go.
I won't be long Deyan, but I need you to pick up the things I told you about. Don't go about it the easy way, get it where we were taught to get these things.
The spell is getting weaker and I need to do it again.
xx Katherine

Mila was awed by the towering statues, her eyes wide with wonder, fear, astonishment. She was too slow to react to the wide arching blow of the Anubi's stone arm. Fortunately for the Rusalka her werewolf colleague was quicker to act. With a powerful push of a large paw Mila was swept out of the way. She tumbled back, rolling over the floor until she hit something solid and hard. A bookcase had kept her from rolling any further, stopping her momentum. The bookcase was probably as old as the books it held and it shook on its foundations after their collision. Books fell out and Mila covered her head with her arms as several large tomes crashed down. Every hit felt like a dull throbbing, similar to the muscle ache you'd experience after a work out. The crash should have broken at least some of her bones if she had been human. Instead she only felt a memory of true pain, having a really high threshold. But even that grew painful over the years. It was at times like this Mila despised having a body.

The swooping strike of the Anubi had missed her by a hair. She looked up and struggled to see clearly, her head was still spinning and dust was floating in the air. The first of the Anubi, the one who'd tried to crush them with its hand was felled by the collective might of her colleagues. First there was an explosion of rock sending shards flying everywhere. Mila tried her best to avoid most of it but couldn't dodge everything. The sharp stones raked at her skin and tore her clothes. The loud crash that followed was deafening and her legs were left shaking afterwards. They got one down! This team really was something. Mila started to doubt their victory less and less. It was truly like they said, The bigger they are the harder they fall.

Despite their small victory the fight was far from over. The second Anubi was even more ferocious than the first. It rammed its stone hand into the man dressed in fur coats sending him flying. Mila gasped and jumped up from between the books. She didn't see him anywhere...... and there was no time to look. A devastating attack of fire and stone swept across the floor towards them. She wasn't in the direct line of fire but the approaching wave of heat forced her to think on her feet. Panic and fear fueled her adrenaline and she frantically looked around for a way to avoid getting her feet burned off. There was nothing to climb on and she doubted she could jump over it. There was only one way then. Diverting it.

She took out her silver comb and ran it through her copper locks with a shaking hand. She really hoped this was going to work out as she'd planned. If it wasn't they had a serious problem. None of them were wholly impervious. The Rusalka let out a relieved sigh feeling the drops of water trickling down her hands as she brushed. She needed to be fast and throw smart. The Rusalka aimed for a spot where most of the team was gathered including the stone man and the pink haired girl, she threw her comb at that spot. It spun across the floor spinning around creating a disc of water as it went. When it came to a stop, the water it summoned increased in volume dramatically. It created a miniature fountain which was quickly spreading in width to form a ward against the wave of fire. Stones still passed through it but the heat of the fire was effectively doused. Mila let out a sigh of relief before running to join them in the fray.

I totally want to see Anselm smash.

The Hulk! ^.^

Great to see our roleplay is doing so well. We're popular! I will be posting tomorrow. There is a fair taking place this week and it has kept me pretty bussy.

The journey to Alexandria was unbelievable, unlike anything she'd ever experienced before. It felt amazing as if she was bathing in the clouds, pleasantly soft and.....it was over before she realized it. They had arrived in the library of Alexandria and again like the journey the destination was astonishing. Mila was stunned, she had never seen this many books, scrolls and everything else one would use to document in one place. It was immense and she felt her jaw drop which she had to close with her hand. Just unbelievable. If there was one place who had the information she needed it would be here. Though the Rusalka didn't have time to take in the magnificence of the library and the possibilities it held. Isis was perched upon the shoulder of the stone man in the shape of a beautiful bird, her divine voice sounding through their minds. Their journey was beginning. Faster than she'd expected to. Before she had any time to take in the guardians they were to face, one of the team members already launched himself at them, thrown by the man made of shining onyx.

Mila shrieked and covered her head with her arms as the statue came to life, not a very smart move if you were wanting to stay alive. For Gods sake. She thought peeking up cautiously to see what was happening. I'm a lover not a fighter, I'm not cut out for this kind of thing. She saw a shadow on the ground steadily growing larger. It wasn't hers nor anybody else's. At least no one could have a shadow of that size, unless...... The statue was coming down!

"Watch out!" She screamed. She didn't know if the team member who launched himself at the statue was hurt, she hoped he had survived his crazy dive. The guardians of Alexandria were immense. Mila knew she didn't have the kind of juice to even scratch their stony surface. Besides she doubted they could be drowned and if that wasn't the case she was pretty useless, at least it felt that way. Lucky for her, the team had some heavy hitters along. However it didn't stop her from taking part in the action. She quickly threw off her trenchcoat, since one it was too hot and two it would be easier to move around.

In absence of Henry she turned to the second most familiar face, the red wolf Veti.

"What do we do?" She called out. Mila kept a close eye on each team member, making sure to warn them when they got in sweeping distance of the stone guardians. If there was one thing she could do from the sidelines it was to be the eyes and ears. The Rusalka knew a pair of extra eyes watching out for you while fighting against something a tenth your size could keep you from ending up like a pancake.
Eeek! We're going to fight huge statues, how awesome is that? ^.^
