"He's not bleeding much anymore, so once we move him some of us should explore to find resources now that critical situation is taken care of. We might want someone to keep watch of him, just to be safe. Since the sink gives us a source of water we don't really have to worry about that, but we should find a cup of or something for Alex. Next I'd focus on food primarily then medical supplies. Though I'd like my knife back now, it's a very lovely knife."

Alright you two, try not to die irl. Otherwise, the rest of us are gonna be really really sad.
@Harlequ
Yeah, that's what I'm figuring too, but just to be on the safe side I'm asking for clarification. Since like I said I was a bit confused. I've seen people just have characters be healed in a magically burst of light before, and since something like that isn't allowed here I wanted to double check to make sure everyone was on the same page.
@Canidae
It's alright, you don't have to post if you feel your character can't do much in a situation.
Yeah, I felt like that's the case, but I'm more wondering if they're trying to say their character is like magically healed or something. Because if that was in an effort to say their character is all fine now, I'm gonna have bit or problem. Since that breaks like the one rule I've seriously been enforcing, which is you can't do anything or have your character be op.
@alex arcc
So I was reading your recent post in IC and I'm sorry but I'm rather confused as to what happened. Like is anything affecting the rest of the characters, is just something in your character's head, does this affect your character in any way (ie; heal them, causing them to spasm.). I'm sorry, but I can't really tell what going on. So if you could kindly clarify (probably in ooc) as to what happened it would be much appreciated.
@alex arcc
Your character is probably going to be in a lot of pain b/c of this admittedly. Whoops.
Glad to see you're back though mate.

"Alright, I'll teach you," I stoke the fire a bit to ensure it's good enough for this, "So what you're gonna want to do is heat up the blade so that's it's a very dull red. Don't want it too hot. When we get over Alex in short burst of 1-2 seconds put the knife on the cuts until it has stopped bleeding then move on. Be careful to not to get anywhere else since this can damage skin. And this should be a rather quick progress so we shouldn't need to reheat the knife, but to be on the safe side I'll keep the fire going. After that have the others do their best to wrap the cuts. If you need to switch out it's ok, I can go finish if the sight of blood or anything gets too much. Don't stress too much over that, it's ok," I try to give them a reassuring smile, though I'm unsure of successful I was at that.
Isaac:
"Do you know how to do so?" I pull my knife out flip it and hold out the handle to them.
Isaac:
"Thank you," I quick light the fire, "Wanna cauterize a wound?" I give them a grin.
Isaac:
"The rule was no fire unless necessary. Having a fire to cauterize the wounds of someone very likely to bleed out if we don't do something sounds like a necessary fire to me. Besides we are going to have the fire contained in a fireplace, we are just blowing stuff up like when the rule was made. But in any case we are burning wood and useless paper," I go around and gather paper before heading to the living room and starting to set up the fire.
I overhear that someone had found something and plans on moving Alex somewhere more sterile and cleaning his wounds before wrapping them, it's smart, though we can't completely wrap his face so at least trying to cauterize some wounds wouldn't be a waste.
