How would she know he's a Kryptonian when there haven't been any or any reports of them ever existing in the first place? Remember these are like the first superheroes EVER. So it would be so very very unlikely she would know anything about him being Kryptonian...

I've played Reed a bunch in the past and I enjoy playing as him. Though I prefer giving him a more gleeful about science attitude and an almost dr. Who style to him personality wise.
