Bio

Madness can take many forms, but none so contemptible as man's belief in a mythology of his own making.

A world view buttressed by dogmatic desperation invariably leads to single-minded fanaticism, and a need to do terrible things in the name of righteousness.

This man is an animal. Rabid, destructive, and incapable of nuanced understanding.

He. Must. Be. Put Down.

Can't say that I can speak confidently about the religious state of the RP, would be more of a question for the GM. Though I would assume such things as a Paladin/Templar order of the church would fit the setting.

As for Adjantis and his forced exile from the church, as far as the city was concerned they had no idea he was behind the murders. The church had a very good hunch he committed them, and publicly denounced him for his fanatical views. They never spoke of their hunch that he was behind the murders publicly however. Wouldn't look very good for the church to have a murderer in their ranks, cast out or not.
On the subject of the church, could we get the names of the twin goddesses? I don't remember them being referenced in the intro post.
Sorry but I'll be withdrawing from this RP.
@Raylah

@Drinky I thought so, altough to say that any living person resembles a god could be heretical by itself, therefore the confusion.

Very true, but I kind of like that take on it. He's meant to be a crazy fanatic too devout for even the church.
@Raylah

I suppose I could have made that a bit more clear.

Adjantis believes the empress resembles the goddess of good, and to say otherwise (esspecially to imply that she resembles the goddess of evil) is heresy.

Made a quick edit to make things a bit more readable.

Big dudes with swords are overrated, but i agree we need some sorta meat shield so to speak lol.

Maybe we could give my guy a half a point in the 'big dude with sword department' if he gets approved.

Basically unarmoured, but a frontliner nonetheless.

@SanaChan
I'd be interested in this. I'll post a character in a few hours.
Not being into the books or televised series is not required; we have several players who have limited knowledge, so the GM team can help you get adjusted. The more the merrier!

Sounds great. Looking forward to doing up a character.
