Romance Dawn - A One Piece Roleplay

Here is what I have so far on two npc's. Note that they are WIP, and that sugegstions are welcome.

Bendot

Appearance :
History: Bendot is a former Marine SeamanFirst Class who defect after getting in trouble with a superior officer and became a pirate
Personality: Bendot likes fighting weaker opponents. When he has to face someone much stronger than him, he will beg for mercy.
Inventory :

Sipe

Appearance :
History: Like many Fishmen, Sipe was at one point a slave. When he became a pirate out of necessity since the Marines were looking form him anyway;
Personality: Sipe hates being a pirate and actually has a lot of respect for non-corrupt Marines
Abilities : Sipe is a low level practitioner of Fishman Karate
Techniques: Twentyfive Brick Fist ( A weaker version of the Hundred Brick Fist used by Kuroobi)

Questions
1. Would you prefer multiple crews for the RPers? Yes or No? [b] Both have their advantages and disadvantages. Multiple crews could lead to more interesting storylines as we're competing with each other, while a single crew would be a lot easier to keep track of so I'm neutral on this
2. What's the next island you'd want to visit? Dawn Island is definitely a good pick.
3. What would you like to see in this RP? This is a tough one, but since this is a higher level Rp than I'm used too I just want my skill to improve
4. If deserving, should characters be killed of? Like BrodZ11711 said a vote would be a good idea with two exceptions. One, the player controlling the character is planning to kill them of. Two, it's clear they have lost interest in the RP and they just don't even bother to post anymore.

Also before I read this I suggested to BrodZ11711 that since our character were most likely going to be on the same crew that it might be a good idea to create npc cs's for notable crew members.So far I'm working on two of them but they're still in the early stages should I post them here anyway? Note though if we go with one crew they might be unnecessary,unless someone wants to use them as notable enemies.

"No, I'm fine. Thanks." Danny was surprised at how easily Orion and his partner rescued him. Lorre seeing that his partner was safe, got back in the fight immediately. Only from now he would no longer use non damaging moves such as Fluffy Feather as he was pissed off. The bird Digimon's first target was the now paralyzed Commandramon that threatened his partner.

Fully intending on killing on his helpless opponent Lorre repeatedly fired off blast of energy form his mouth, as he constantly used Firecracker at close range. While he was surprised at the fury his partner showed, Danny was touched by it as well as he understand the reason behind it. So touched in fact that the Digivice returned to him by Orion began to glow as did Loromon. "Lorre... Digivolves to Fenhuamon!" When the light subsided Lorre;s new form became visible. He was now three times as big, and while the colors of his feathers were less bright they had become more varied. The biggest change though we're the two tails he had gained.

After taking to the skies the newly formed Fenhuamon dove straight at the still helpless Commandramon and utterly annihilated him using Gungnir.

Yoki was still examining the execution platform when Edge appeared on top of it, and made his announcement about looking for a crew. If you want adventure, collect bounty's, revenge and to rule the seas. Then join my crew, The Sea Devils. The word revenge in particular caught his attention, and despite knowing Edge's reputation he decided to try joining anyway. However since there didn't seem to be a time limit, he wanted to first use the panic caused by the blaring alarms and make some more money. He wasn't planning to go after the civilians though, but instead he would focus on the pirates who seemed to have stolen a decent sum this way he would minimize the competition as well.

Since Yoki didn't was unaware the Marines had already noticed him, and he didn't want to attract their attention; he decided against using his Devil Fruit powers. Instead he took out his two batons,and with a flick from his wrists extended them. While heading to the harbor he quickly found a victim, a black haired muscular man threatening someone with a knife. Unnoticed Yoki sneaked up to the robber's back. The robber noticed there was someone behind him the second Yoki got close enough to use his weapons and quickly turned around. Using his knife he managed to block one of the batons, but the iron rod of the other hit him hard on his temple and knocked the guy out. Ignoring the robbing victim who scurried away as soon as the robber fell unconscious, Yoki looked for the guy's wallet. When he eventually found it, it turned out to only contain 500 Beli. Still this was 500 more, then he had before so he gladly took it.

Since he didn't see any opportunities to easily make more money he decided to head for the harbor. When he got there the first thing, he noticed was that there seemed a big name among the crowd, namely: “Iron-Forged” Moto Moto. " Most likely here to check out the competition." The rookie thought to himself, while otherwise ignoring the famous pirate.

Using his snake form Yoki had managed to travel for free on a rather large merchant ship while feeding on the rodents that large amounts of food inevitably attract. However leaving the ship unnoticed like this was unfortunately impossible so the black snake changed to his human form : a short white haired man with green eyes. While he was hoping to avoid conflict, he still took out his batons but made sure not to extend them just yet. As soon as he was out of the cargo hold one of the sailors noticed him, but Yoki managed to evade him long enough to jump from the railing to the shore. On the shore he quickly disappeared in the crowd. Since he no longer needed them, he stuck the unopened batons back in their holsters around his belt.

Yoki's reason for coming to Logue Town were simple, he had heard the rumors and he wanted to join a pirate crew. He honestly wasn't expecting to be picked by a strong crew right from the bat, but the experience he gained as a pirate would make reaching his goal of revenge easier. That was going to have to wait though, after all while a snake can survive on rats and mice a human can't.

So right now Yoki's first goal was a filling meal, and considering he didn't have a lot of Beli on him it couldn't be too expensive either. After a while he found a bar that probably met his requirements The bar was relatively clean but clearly not popular since other than the bartender Yoki was the only one there, not that he minded. "One bottle of sake and some food please." was all he said as he sat down on one of the stools. When the bartender asked if shellfish was okay he just nodded.

After a while the bartender came back from the kitchen with Yoki's order. "That'll be 100 Beli." Without a word the white haired man paid for his meal and started to eat. Obliviously bored the bartender tried to get a conversation going. "I guess you're here because you're looking for a crew?" When his guest nodded while taking another drink, the bartender continued. "Better be careful then, the Marines heard the rumors as well." This time Yori looked up and answered the bartender. "Of course they've heard, the Marines ain't stupid."

After he finished his meal, the Devil Fruit User decided to kill time a bit until the selection started by exploring Logue Town. Like most pirated he wanted see the spot where Gold Roger was executed so he headed there first. Since the bar wasn't too close, it took him half an hour to get there, but he arrived without any incidents. "I wonder what the view was like from up there for both the Pirate Kings." He thought to himself, while looking at the platform where Gold Roger was killed.

You guys are lucky. I just hope the fact I'm in a different timezone doesn't slow the rp down too much. Also a quick question, based on Yoki's past what would his bounty be?

Personality Yoki prefers to stay in the background and generally doesn't talk much unless asked something or if he feels he has something important to say. Due to a traumatic experience as a child, he is claustrophobic. He also has a habit of remembering any debts and favors, and since he always does his best to repay what he owes he expects the same from those who owe him. That said you have to be careful when asking him to do something, cause he will consider it a favor.
History: Yoki grew up on the same island as the Pirate King Monkey D. Luffy. However rather than Foosha village he had do survive in the Gray Terminal, sorting through the trash in an attempt to survive. At age six he joined a group of thieves, who due to his small size often made him sneak into their targets home through any opening he could fit in. After four years this gang had become cocky enough to rob an auction housed by one of the nobles. The plan was fairly simple Yori would sneak in and hide somewhere in the Auction House long before the auction started and than would steal whatever he could grab while the rest of the gang caused a distraction.

At first it seemed like it would go great Yoki not only managed to get into the house, but in the storage room for the items that would be auctioned off. Whit his still small body he hid inside an empty crate and was fully prepared to hide until the right moment. However it went down all when he spotted what looked like huge strawberry covered in strange swirl. Seeing as he was starving he decided to risk it and steal the fruit which he thought was just the food of one of the guards. Naturally there were all kinds of alarms set around the Devil Fruit and Yori barely managed to swallow one bite before being caught.

The noble not wanting to lose the money he could get for the fruit decided to sell Yoki as a slave, and to prevent him from escaping locked the young boy up in a covered barrel filled with so much water that only his head wasn't submerged. Hours later once the rest of the gang made their move and attacked, the prepared guards easily overpowered and killed the thieves. However during the fighting the barrel got knocked over and Yoki managed to escape. He then spend the next ten years hiding out in Mt Colubo, helped by his new found power to turn into a snake. After that time he felt he had become to join a pirate crew and eventually either with money or power completely ruin the Noble's family, so he stowed away on a ship and eventually ended up at Logue Town.
Abilities: Hebi Hebi no Mi, Model: King Cobra Having consumed this Devil Fruit allows to turn into either a human/king cobra hybrid or a full on king cobra
Techniques: Poison Spit Being in his hybrid or cobra form he can spit a liquid venom out of his mouth.
Tail Crush By coiling his tail around an opponent he can squeeze the life out of them.
Tail toss: After coiling his lower body around them rather squeezing, Yoki throws the enemy at a nearby person/object.
