Yeah unfortunately I have never been in a rp that lasted more than 10 pages

Sorry about my post. I was going to have Jimmy try and help Duthguy's character, but i wasn't sure if it was alright to take control of the apes and force them to back off.
If you mean you aren't sure if I would be okay with it, I would be. I don't even really mind people taking control of my character for minor things like normal conversation or something, as long it isn't to invasive and I'm sure everyone here can judge that properly, but yeah better safe than sorry. If it was about the fact the apes are npc's and thus belong to Scio he said we could control them.
That said your post wasn't bad at all in my opinion , since the original gorilla cared about books it makes sense for it's clones/offspring/whatever to do so as well.
Also a question for either Shisa or Scio: Are the other characters able to see Junko's Stand? Since they are supposed to be invisible to non Stand Users.
It isn't that rare for GMs to also control a player character without them getting them biased, though I figure GMing and playing in the same rp is a lot of work
The fact that the gorilla went down that easy honestly surprised Nate, however the explosion of monkeys came just as a shock. Upon seeing the monkeys attack some kid with a skateboard he realized that they were just as opposed to the presence of the humans as their "parent". While Nate wanted to help the skateboarder, one of the monkey's attacked him from behind. Possibly remembering what had happened to the gorilla, the smaller simian began scratching at Nate's back.While he was trying to get the monkey of his back, two more joined the fight.
By attacking Nate's legs the newcomers managed to force him down, and before long Nate was being dog piled by three monkeys." "A little help ple...ugh ase anyone," By jumping on back and knocking the air out of him, the chimps interrupted Nate mid sentence. Right now the only thing he was glad about was that his attackers were nowhere as heavy as the gorilla must have been.

I just read your post and Edge pulled a dickmove there, I like it. Not only is it completely in character for a "psycho", it's also rather smart since if those pirates aren't members of his crew he loses noting either way. Before I reply though I'm gonna wait for at least one other person to post. Ever since I saw a RP ruined by two people making it all about their characters, I have decided to always have at least two post between mine, unless the last post was something like a week ago.

Rather than charge at his opponent Nate decided to use the still standing book cases to sneak up behind the ape. At the same time he unwrapped the bandages from his hand.When he hopefully unnoticed ended up behind the creature, he just had to wait for the right moment.. When the shirtless muscular guy seemed to launch himself at its knee, Nate knew the time had come. Hoping the frontal attack would disorient the gorilla, he was planning to jump on its back and then using his nails leave it with some nasty cuts.

The first thing Nate noticed after waking up, apart, from the change in location, was that he wasn't wearing his own clothes anymore. Instead he seemed to be wearing some kind of suit. The second thing was that his right hand felt weird, not hurt just kind of stiff. When looked at his hand in an attempt to find out why, he was even more surprised than he was about the fact he suddenly found himself in some kind of library.Not only was his hand colored red, his fingers looked segmented and ended in sharp claws.
Since his hand felt fine, he wasn't too worried about it, but he felt no desire to cause a panic in case he ran into other people. While he didn't expect to find anything, after checking his new pockets it turned out that among other things he had bandages with him. Not one to complain about a lucky find like that, he wrapped his hand up in such a way that he could still use it.
Certain that eventually someone would find him and tell him what was going on Nate decided to kill time by reading one of the many books. Unfortunately every single book he picked turned out to be empty. However just when he was wondering what to do he heard someone talking. "Does anyone know what's going on? Why were here? Where the exit is? Any relevant information to the circumstances at all? I don't, but I'm a pretty good witness." He quickly headed in the direction the voice was coming from and ended up in a room with several other people. "Hey, I take it you all just woke up here as well." However before any of them could have had any time to answer, some kind of gorilla showed up from nowhere and attacked two of them.

If given he time, I'll probably read up on more manga just to get some references for the RP.
