David couldn't believe his luck not only was he fighting in the first match, his opponent was considered the second best fighter on the planet. [i] "No matter if I win or lose as long as I put up a good fight this match will be when my dream becomes reality."/i] The tailless Saiyan decided to look for Teemo and tell how glad he was with this arrangement but he couldn't see the orange alien anywhere. He did see the current champion Jack talking to the Namekian he would fight though, and considered asking for advice on how to win his match.

He quickly decided against it though since he felt it would give him an unfair advantage and wondered what else he could do to kill time. He was more than willing to chat with any of the other contestants but had no idea if they were interested Eventually he decided to risk it and walked up to one of the fighters. "Can you believe it? We're among the sixteen best fighters on Earth!"

It might be handy to know the Tournament rules though so none if the PC's can accidentally get disqualified.

@Rin: Chikori is accepted. Idle power level doesn't have anything to do with suppressing her strength as a note. But I suppose if she has difficulty with ki then it is totally possible that she would be at max power 24/7.@Duthguy: Derp. You're right. His ki was supposed to be 0 so I don't know how I did that. I'll edit that when I reach a computer. David is accepted. Though in irony you missed the name for his combination technique.@Archmage MC: I'm fairly certain that all the fighters can eat a lot. Fighting takes a lot of energy. XD But anyways, Light is accepted. In a little bit when I can get my PC to stop sucking, I'll create the roster and add your characters, as well as get the Chronicles section started. I'll probably start the IC today at this rate, but I'm primarily waiting for a certain number of characters to be completed before doing so.EDIT@clanjos: Shady is accepted. Might want to watch out for the hider-in-a-hider thing. Doesn't exactly work. XD

The combination technique has now been named. I'm calling it Blazing Flurry

Description: David holds his thumb and index finger out like a gun and after charging brings his thumb down and launches a small but pretty powerful and fast orange colored ball of ki.

Personality: David has only one true goal in life at the moment, namely to make a name for himself as a powerful fighter. He doesn't care about losing some fights as long as he manages to improve his skills. David tends to treat his opponents no matter how much weaker than him with respect, unless they go out of their way to piss him off. When angry he shows the typical Saiyan aggressiveness. Though he tends to be easy going most of the time he does have a tendency to hold grudges

History: Having never known his father David was raised by his fully human mother. It soon became clear that he was a lot stronger than most kids his age, however the extent of his strength remained hidden until he was three years old. He was playing with one of his toy cars when he rolled it under the couch out of his reach, instead of asking his mother to get it for him he lifted the couch with her on it.Fearing that he might accidentally hurt someone, his mother hired a private tutor to home school until he was ten years old.

Having reminded David every day for the past seven years that others weren't as strong as him, she finally trusted him to interact with other children without her supervision. Though there were no accidents, it became clear that David constantly had to restrain himself which caused him a great deal of stress.Eventually his mother found a way to help, she had found out about a martial artist teacher who trained exceptionally strong children and had signed David up for lessons

Other: David's Saiyan blood was diluted enough that he was born without a tail, thus lacking both the weaknesses and advantages it brings.
