Kenjiro was busy surfing the web, his V-Pet containing Kotemon was lying on his desk. Honestly he had only chosen Kotemon because of all possible rookie-forms of MetalKoromon he looked the most interesting in Kenjiro's opinion. And so far his partner hadn't let him though down yet, sure the two of them didn't win every battle, but they generally put up a good fight if they lost. Since he didn't come across anything interesting Kenjiro decided to check his email, when he noticed one mail that immediately grabbed his attention.

The part he bothered to read almost seemed too good to be true, but he had already recognized the sender as the real deal. So he clicked the link only to black out for some reason. When he opened his eyes he saw a figure that could only be Kotemon.
