Alexander began a mix of crawling and limping back onto the main road, if Larion wasn't given any order by Sapphire he would quickly rush to Alexander's side and help him as best he was able. Alexander wasn't too keen on the idea of trying to recover from a stabbing in a forest fire and he couldn't exactly stop it or help kill the beast. Hopefully the rest of his team could deal with it and whoever that other hunter was. Obviously he was very skilled since he could handle that monster in close quarters combat. Of course, the hunter had his switch-weapon, which Alexander was woefully deprived off. Luckily Sapphire's cloak held strong and he wasn't bleeding anymore so Alex wasn't in any serious danger, at least not before he could find some serious medical help.
Bristle woke up with a groan, that had been the absolute worst thing he'd ever been through. He felt his new clothes curiously, well this was somewhat different. Oh well, free clothes were free. He stretched and found that his muscles were in fact still intact, albeit somewhat sore. Looking around he found that apparently not everyone had died. Good news just kept coming. Shrugging he reached for the closest door and saw a note on it. Follow the path hm? Bristle looked back at the other sleeping members curiously, it seemed he was the first up. Since he didn't really like the thought of meeting the master alone he knocked on the door in an attempt to wake somebody else up to walk with him.
Whatever works, I'm fine with it being more drawn out or just Robert fighting the dragon.
I know I have to post no one yell at me :<
Dorisma silently watched as the general populace ran around like headless chickens from fear of the bats. Silly things really, bats were about as dangerous as rabbits, and they were both good for eating. She idly snatched one of the air and broke its neck, then decided to have a morning snack. After everything finally calmed they made their way out of the cave and found the dragon sanctuary they were looking for. Robert lead the group in what seemed to be an attempt at negotiation. The dragon was scornful of their request but would acknowledge them if they could beat one of their kind. That seemed a little ridiculous, obviously they wouldn't be seeking protection if they were strong enough to not need it. Never the less Dorisma followed the dragon to an arena place. Dorisma waited in the fighter area impatiently for the fight to start, she'd always wondered how strong a dragon was. Guess she would get a chance to find out.
@TheHangedMan
Dorisma sighed, well she'd hardly gotten a chance to hit anything at all. Those wolves were to fast and seemed to be able to dodge all her attacks easily. She found a convenient rock to sit on and viewed the campsite, this time it seemed she wouldn't have to do all the work. She waited, staring into the darkness of the cave, watching to see if anything else was stupid enough to attack them. Tomorrow they should reach the sanctuary or whatever they were looking for. Perhaps without any incident, though with their luck there would be at least one roadblock on the way. She looked forward to it.
