Dorisma surveyed the corrupted and dead wasteland that lay before them, a once lush forest turned to dust. If only this had been a human city. That thought rang through Dorisma's head as an exceptionally brilliant idea. The desire to follow through with this was only compounded by seeing the Princess shove people into the dust, her reaction clearly showing she'd expected something different, likely terrible to happen. A silent snarl crossed Dorisma's face and she grabbed some of the dust, roughly cramming into her coin purse that she'd emptied a while ago and gave to their group funds possessed by Robert. She didn't care if anyone saw her doing so, though they'd likely be more focused on the princess anyway. Dorisma dusted her hands off carefully to make sure there was none left on her hands and stood up, waiting for the rest of the party to finish whatever they were doing so they could head back and return to the dragons.
Pirates are free to make posts getting acquainted, finding materials to fix the ship, and the new figurehead or I can make a summary post and move things along.

Marines... you're a little more sorry out of luck at the moment. You can make posts getting acquainted with Draco. Once the Pirates are ready to move on I think I'll have a little something ready for you.
Dawkin Trustram

@PlatinumSkink

The girl responded as he'd expected, with incredulity, but the man was entirely different, instead actually offering a place with Team Amethyst. Dawkin blinked in surprise, giving it serious thought for a moment. The man had a point. He was going to catch Pokemon anyway right? As long as he didn't do anything illegal there was no problem. "Interesting. That's all there is to it? I give you my number, catch a few Pokemon from a list, keep things mum and I'm set. If not I get put on the list. Plus if I join this little cave fiasco gets forgotten. And what happens if I say no?" Dawkin's body was relaxed, a confident expressions as his face as he spoke, even as a resigned sigh passed through his mind. He wouldn't do it. Couldn't do it. All his work to this point, working hard to prove himself, excelling in every way he could, it'd all be pointless if he took this unethical shortcut. He hadn't gotten this far by taking the easy way and he certainly wouldn't change that now. The professor's expectations, his brothers, as well as his own drove him forward on the difficult path he'd chosen.
*weak flailiing*

Was waiting for Lua post.
First Setback

The pirate had their mast cracked and damaged by the cannon fire thanks to Nina's aim, barely still upright and their figurehead broken on the savage rocks, still, they'd made it far enough into the jagged rocks that their pursuers had held off, making their only obstacle the isle. Even with an experienced hand at the wheel the rocks were too numerous to avoid fully and the constant grating sound of wood being crushing and scraped could be heard as they careened deeper into the treacherous waters. Eventually they managed to off-land half crash on a somewhat sandy shore, the wood of the ship smashing roughly into the sand, the ship seeming to groan as they came to a rest: not far from two other individuals on the makeshift beach.

They would find themselves amid a graveyard of ships, wrecked wood, broken figureheads, and all sorts of junk lay either on the shores or skewered on the spiky rocks all around the makeshift harbor they had. The marine ships would find themselves outside the dangerous rocks, some likely confident in their prey's demise. It would have been nice to retrieve the ship but no one had really expected that to be an option. One of the ships began turning around, headed back to its original station now that it believed the mission complete. Draco and Raphael's ships were free to done as they pleased, they had no immediate orders after this other than an overarching 'hunt down pirates'.
Alright good response. Any more complaints? Otherwise it looks like posting is coming to a halt so I'll move us along today.

Morgana Estrain

Morgana's eyes shifted upwards in brief exasperation. Alexanders excuse was weak and Mitsuki's preaching had angered Gavin, but lecturing anyone at this point wouldn't be very productive. Besides, she was starting to feel more calm as more safegaurds feel into place and she continued focusing on the magic of her words, only paying mild attention to the speech around her. "Very well, inform me when we leave." She would still like to create a few more protections before she felt truly prepared, though part of her felt she would never really feel safe again. However next time that mind-numbing madness happened again she'd be ready for it. Or at least she felt she would. It was really hard to tell what you'd do in a hypothetical situation honestly. Still there wasn't much she could do other than act confidently and hope it would stand up when anarchy broke out again, which she had no doubt it would. Things tended to get harder as life went along not easier.
