I'm not victim blaming but all generalizations are false, even this one.

Alright, I am content with that, sorry for that trouble.
Thanks for the imput. Reasoning for support in spite of that speed is that I did specifically mention Rindheart is rather mentally nimble. Though of course, now that you bring it up, given those speeds it's not unreasonable to say the mouse would land outside of Rindheart's zone of control, only 10 meters, though I've by no means run the numbers.
I really don't meant to be nitpicky or seem like I'm being excessively worried about this however I do have a complaint with how the edited post transpired as well. I tried to make it rather clear the two moves were in conjunction, getting hit with one would almost surely involve getting hit with the other. Since the rock would come from above to impact at the same time the hole opened, landing in the hole would result in the mouse getting hit by the rock from above.

The mouse post does say that he bounces away as the ground sinks below him, but the ground didn't sink. It opened, as in the ground simply moved away from a center point to create a hole, meaning that he would have to fall fully within the hole. Therefore it is my opinion that the mouse falling into the hole, as the post states he did, would result in him getting hit with the rock.

Purge - Union Pacific Railroad@The Wild West

Purge's eyes flicked over Exhale critically, showing just a flicker of displeasure before resuming a stale politeness. "Exhale. As you may have heard by now the Bratva has put a bounty on a girl that has escaped from them. They are offering a substantial reward and finding her will give us an opportunity to deal them a significant blow. To some extent this is a wild goose chase as we have very little information on the girl, however I trust that you are more than capable of handling the situation. If you have need of additional resources or manpower you may speak to Benito. That is all." Having said his part, Purge scanned his office again, eyes searching for any source of contamination. Of course it was impossible for everything to stay perfectly clean, especially with people coming in and out, but ever so vexing when it wasn't.
Rocker Warehouse

Shatterpoint nodded. As expected, trust was not such a simple matter. "As you may know this is not our primary city of operating. Therefore taking you to my leader would be a bit of a drive. Of course I have no complaint, you however may not have such free time. Should this a problem or should we begin our trip?" Shatterpoint asked cordially. All true, even if Shatterpoint had no intention of letting this man ever come face to face with Ceramix.

Sofia Stien: Highway Robbery

Sofia waited patiently for some indication that she could open her eyes again, Chatterbox relaxing and the sound of what was presumably Gamble bragging about how he'd managed to take everybody down good enough for her. She opened her eyes, taking a brief moment to adjust to the light level. Sure enough, all the baddies were down. Apparently the surprisingly short person in front of them, presumably Gamble, had taken care of it. Sofia trotted off after Chatterbox and took a seat, well that hadn't been too bad for a first mission. It had been a little dangerous there, relatively speaking, but everything had turned out okay. As everyone filed into the car Sofia amended that thought, it looked like Loverly wasn't with them. Hm, perhaps they had some other transportation? Sofia shrugged philosophically, in the end it wasn't really important.

Anagorm Britia

Anagorm had spent most of the day making sure her bugs had settled in, mostly a glass tank with a herclues beetle named Herc(she was like 3 at the time of naming so...), a small ant farm, and her free roaming net-casing spider: Rowdy, along with continuing studying Horned Dung Beetle. She felt she almost had enough of an understanding to replicate the beetle's remarkable strength, just a little more time should do. After making sure her pets were fed Anagorm headed downstairs, met by the smell of food cooking halfway down, invigorating her steps. She stepped into the kitchen to see Charles cooking up a storm, using a plethora of kickten devices to prepare a variety of food. "Oh hey, is this food all for you or for everyone?" Anagorm asked cheerily. Cause that was a ton of food for one person, though she wouldn't mind having to make food by herself, it'd be an insult to do so if someone else had already prepared food.
The rat was fast, alarmingly so, causing Rindheart to do the natural thing and fall back from the blur of movement heading towards his face, a movement he'd already started. This caused the kick aimed at his face to simply not connect, though the cup of earth would rise into the air missing as well. However Rindheart was already planning his next move, as he fell towards the ground he used his right hand to point at the ground where the rat would land, splaying his fingers open, the pocketed rock beneath the rat opening as well. The opening wasn't very deep, merely a foot or so and not much more than his hands-width wide. However at the same time Rindheart moved his left hand and the cup of earth that had passed by the rat now come hurtling down onto where the rat would land. The rat was fast, but shouldn't be able to change his landing position easily nor the speed at which he arrived at it, if all went according to plan the rat was about to become a sandwhich.
Ah, the price of haste is waste, let me make a quick edit to acknowledge his existence.
