The bit about gray thing is that he appears to have "decided" already. He doesn't have any interest in changing at all, because he "knows" all about differences between Jedi and Sith. The impression we got is that he's got no room to grow.

Jedi that are open towards considering less than crystal-clear light side options is quite different from those that already have decided to stay at a mid-point.

EDIT:
We got net working at home today. Finally we can focus on advancing the RP more.
Ok. we know you decently by now, so we're not holding back criticism.

  1. Are you sure you have capacity to manage another character as well as all your other RPs?

  2. If he was so heavily injured, considering Darth Nyiss' dislike of non-sith/non-humans, why would they even bother trying to heal him? Non-humanoids are seen as considerably less than humanoids, let alone humans or red Sith.

  3. Another gray Jedi? There seems to be a bit many gray Jedi now. Part of the purpose in this here RP is to explore the differences between Sith and Jedi and see what happens when they're pushed hard, not to play with the balance point between light and dark.
Turning someone already on the edge is no achievement for the Sith. A real achievement is to take someone pure light and turn them utterly to the dark side.

  4. You've been in this RP. You should be above the point where you try to skip out on the point about having prior relations to the other prisoners. Make up some, Sep. And don't do it half-heartedly.

  5. Another warrior into this non-combat based RP? what's the point? And what in the name of the Emperor was he doing away from the front lines?

  6. Expand your flaws. A single sentence is just sad.

  7. Four lightsaber styles? Again, what was he doing away from the front lines of the war? Such range of skill would've had him stuck there. Not anywhere close to the Coruscanti Jedi temple.

  8. Your reason for not having been seen before: Pathetically lacking in detail.

  9. His appearance: Why is he naked?

  10. Almost everything: Why? Why is it so? Explain. Just because he's large doesn't mke it impossible to be a good pilot. Four arms make up for that, and a ship can easily be built with an otherwise oversized cockpit.
Why was he captured? How? When? Where?

We could go on, but we're pretty sure you get the idea.
Agreed, Fallen. Right now, it seems there's many plans running about that do not intersect at all.

We can clearly see that you have some sort of plan also for shipboard, but we cannot understand enough about it to work towards it. We don't need to know much. Same, we think, is how it is for several others.

We think a campfire-like thing will be ideal. We know we have a plan for Astridh/Eydis, but it hinges on interaction shipboard to advance, interaction both with those directly related to the plan (those with Asgard Core access) and those without real relation.

Events outside the ship, we feel do not matter all that much to the shipboard crew. They'll to some degree affect them, but they won't matter personally.

What we need to get together is a rough plan for each character in how they might get more together. Reasons for them to interact more directly, despite "belonging" to different "departments". We've run an RP in the past where characters were on separate worlds, and that went poorly, because it was divided. The way it seems to go now is that there's almost three "worlds" on the ship. Military, science & Medical. With the last only having one occupant. That will not work well in the long run. We think it needs more natural intersections. We will gladly amend Astridh's/Eydis' CS if that is necessary to create such intersections.
Sep. It might be more useful for developing characters to have stuff occur on the ship. Having a single sensor event won't bring on much of any chance for that.

EDIT:
As someone put it to us after we showed them that GM bit, it reeks of Sesquipedalian Loquaciousness. Lots of words. Nothing useful. At least not for Astridh.
interesting.

We'll get our net one of these days. ISP hadn't remembered to send the router. But we're at a place where we have net now, so if someone wants a post, we can get one worked out.
Despite not having net, we've thrown in an IC post.
Jedi: Consider yourselves moved.
Sith: You have a new toy.

Mirth's character has been approved. CS will be posted in the CS thread soon(ish).

Note: You may not use fire on the new toy. And no herbicides either.

New cells are listed here:

Moff Katherion, Allende Laval, Jewel & Lea Rahn ~|~ Ellri & Sundered Echo

Moff Katherion stood silently on the bridge, watching a holo of what was occurring down in the hangar. They were bringing in a few more prisoners for the Sith. With a single nod towards Lieutenant Laval, the first prisoner’s file appeared in the air beside the holo so that he could review it. ‘A human-zelosian hybrid?’ he thought to himself, finding it curious. He, unlike so many others, knew well that Zelosians were a species of sentient plants. ‘Human mother, Zelosian father.’ He found that even stranger. That could not have been a comfortable pregnancy for the mother, having something so alien growing in her womb.

“Lieutenant. Have the prisoners been moved yet? Are the prison cells ready for the new arrivals?” He asked, without turning. As Lieutenant Laval was the only other person on the bridge, he had no need to fear anyone listening in. The very existence of the prison deck was still a secret from most of the crew. Now that nearly a thousand troopers had been offloaded, the chances of anyone unwanted discovering it were remote.

“No, Moff. Not yet.” She answered, typing rapidly into her console. “It will be done in but a few minutes now. Command has been issued.”

“Good.” he said, continuing to watch the holo. Once the loading completed and the shuttle had departed again, he would have the fleet depart Tatooine. They had been there long enough now. Next stop would be Teth, where he had to pick up several regiments scheduled for reassignment.

Jewel carefully and methodically cleaned the blood off her hands in her quarters as she thought. It was unfortunate that the male padawan was so unreceptive to her words. It created difficulties for those that were. Until she was confident they believed her enough to discount slander, she’d need to keep them apart. Once she’d stripped the last of the red liquid from her hands and gloves she found a Datapad and started tapping in a few commands for the guard. First and foremost was to keep Xid and Kinsa apart. She put Xid in cell three and Kinsa in cell four. Calista, for the moment, could be with Xid. She was aware of Jewel’s ability to inflict pain, so there was no danger there. She didn’t know the rest of the prisoners so she just placed them randomly with the intent to confuse and bewilder.

She also noticed a pleasant surprise in the form of a new prisoner, though unfortunately she was not entirely human. As an amusing aside, she added to the orders to take the prisoners on a circuitous route through the ship, each of them alone to be taken into their new cell at different times. Even though the cells were just across the room, it might make some of the Jedi think it was a different cellblock. With a faint smile, she tapped the command to carry out the orders.

Lea was not particularly surprised when troops marched into the cells yet again. She had been expecting it. Shortly before they did, she’d grabbed her few belongings from their locations in her cell and hidden them in her robes. The troopers split them all up and led them on a circuitous route through the cell complex, only to return to it after a while. She tried to keep track of the turns they took, but it was impossible. The corridors were simply too similar to each other.

They shoved her through the door to a different cellblock, then into the second cell from the left. She stumbled somewhat, but managed to avoid falling over fully, or for that matter drop her personal objects. Once the shield went up, she quickly found a place to stash the objects, getting an idea of any differences from her last cell. There weren’t many worth speaking of. Over the next while, she could not say exactly how long, two other prisoners were also brought into her cellblock, one of which was clearly sick. She found that most intriguing. She would have to find out more about him. She had a theory about exactly what was wrong with him.

The other new prisoner clearly looked like he had been beaten up recently. She found that too curious. ’Which Sith had done that?’ she asked herself, not really expecting to be able to think up an answer. She did not know who he was, though.
There's nothing wrong with "inviting" a prisoner to torture by posting up a post involving him/her.

We'll get our net in a few days (friday-ish), and then we'll get more posting done.
We'll not be able to post much for a week more. But if someone wants to do a slow collab for a post, that can be arranged.

It'll take another week or so before our net is up.
We've put in order for our new net now. No idea when we'll get it, but its ordered.

We saw the collab got posted. If anyone's up for slow collabing, we can go for that.
