well, we're no tabletop master (far from it, actually), but we would think having a rough idea of the setting and type of tabletop is necessary to know for mechanics.

If its a classic medieval fantasy adventuring setting, it would require far different mechanics from a modern black ops setting.

But the most important thing no matter the setting is balance.
