Yeah, pretty regularly. Ruby and I go to lots of different universes, and it's part of our routine to spend some time teasing out the affairs of different planets and nations. If any of my powers fit the magic or tech of the place we go, I like to get involved in the action.

Territories are often large because they can be defended by capable parties. Small territories can be overtaken in pieces.

Hmm, well, I can see some benefit in a kind of spoke-wheel pattern. But if those crazies with the inter dimensional missiles gun for one of my territories, especially one that’s not as advanced as my own, all those people are now my responsibility. I guess that’s the hero life, but why risk lives by claiming territories as a small party and expose them to the fire of larger parties?

Many territories remain unclaimed. You can decrease the likelihood of conflict by changing the strategic layout of territories around your dimension.
